Located at the top of Main in the heart of Park City, our Main Street home is a totally rebuilt miner's home that has received the Park City Historical Society Preservation Award. Although the original exterior has been preserved and restored, the interior is entirely new and beautifully appointed - including gas fireplace, jacuzzi tub, and steam shower. This two-bedroom plus loft home is perfect for 2 couples or a family with 2-3 children. Free WiFi now available.
'Poison Flume,' Park City's mountain stream, flows periodically behind the property, often lending its gurgling sounds to the charming atmosphere of Old Town.

We stayed for a ski trip with a family of five and it was perfect. Nice dining area to discuss daily ski runs. House is all set up for arrival with all cooking needs and dishes/utensils. To top it off, a bottle of wine when we arrived. Tired skiiers at most meals in the house. We walked to Main Street for dinner which was a five minute walk. And plenty of place to park for the trip. Highly recommend!
This home was very nice with great history behind it. The book on the coffee table that shows what the house has been through is very cool. No need to worry about parking in the town as this house comes with a driveway and you are only steps away from all the action of Park City. The owner is very pleasant and helpful. Everything is ready upon arrival. There was even a bottle of wine waiting for our arrival. Will return again I am sure next time Park City is on the schedule for a boarding trip.. Thank you Carol!!!!
For our recent business trip to Park City for Sundance, this home was our sanctuary. Not only is it charming, clean, and well-appointed, the location is perfect for visitors to the film festival...and just up the street enough to be away from the masses, but close enough to walk to everything. I'm so glad we stayed here!

This home was perfect for our family. Our children loved having their own upstairs retreat and we loved the spacious master bedroom and bath downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed for cooking - and even basic seasonings, oils, a Brita, etc. The walk to all of the great shops and restaurants on main was even shorter than we expected. We agreed we couldn't have picked a better location. To top it off, Carol was a true pleasure to work with throughout. We can't wait to return.
Carol and Dave's house is perfect and I am picky! Always clean, beds comfortable; not too noisy; I appreciate the thoughtful welcome note with clear instructions regarding house in addition to fresh flowers and a bottle of wine! Good lighting!! I also appreciate her keeping leftover kitchen products - especially oils, spices and such since seems such a waste to throw them out! We are glad to know our purchased staples will be of use to others! Kitchen is well stocked in terms of utensils, pots/pans. Never felt need to go out and buy anything else. Great location - walk to town, easy to get on bus. Pictures are accurate. We have stayed here 3 times in winter and plan to stay this summer.
Loved it! The house was even better than expected- The location can't be beat for walking to dinner or cruising the shops. The trolley picks you up w/ all your gear & drops you back at your door. I would highly recommend this to anyone. We plan to rent it again.
