Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 4-6)

Beautifully decorated fourth-floor unit of Gulfport's first high rise (14 floors) condominium complex. This complex withstood the harsh results of Hurricane Katrina with flying colors.

Our unit has a great eastern view where you can see all the way to the Beau Rivage. The balcony is huge with a bar and chairs. The master bath features a separate shower and tub and a toilet closet. The countertops in the kitchen, baths and wet bar are granite, and the flooring is tile throughout except the bedrooms. Full size refrigerator with ice maker and full size washer and dryer. Everything you need is available except your personal items and food.

Complex amenities include two outdoor pools, and indoor pool, two hot tubs, an exercise facility, saunas, game room, first floor kitchens for your convenience while cooking on the BBQ grills around the pool, and a putting green.

Local Attractions: The beach is just across the street and you're only a couple of blocks from Edgewater Mall. The Coast Coliseum and Beauvoir, Jefferson Davis home, is just two miles to the east. The Beau Rivage Casino is 6.5 miles to the east and the Island View Casino is 6 miles to the west. We are centrally located to deep sea fishing, golfing, gaming, shopping, great dining, Gulf Islands Water Park, Ship Island Excursions, etc. Lynn Meadows Discovery Center is just west of us and there are numerous theaters with stage productions going on all the time. Addtionally, New Orleans is only 1.5 hours to the west if you like the Bourbon Street scene and Mobile is 1.5 hours to the east if you like historic stuff like Bellingrath Gardens and lots of other attractions for a great day trip. For information on what's happening in our area, you can go to www.gulfcoast.org or www.seesouthms.com. The casino web pages list all the upcoming entertainment coming to the area. There is something for everyone.

Annual Events/Festivals: There is something always going on in our area from the Crawfish Festival to Cruisin the Coast. Each year the events get larger. The Harley Davidson Blowout is on Memorial Day weekend, Scrapin the Coast is in June, Crusin the Coast is in October, Blastin the Sound is in the Spring, Many of our parks have splash pools for the kids. Jones Park in Gulfport close to Hwy 49 is under construction and will have a plethora of things for children to do in addition to the huge marina that is underway.

We are located on Hwy 90 in Gulfport, just a short distance from the Biloxi divider of Debuys Road. We are almost midway between the Island View Casino and Beau Rivage Casino. Our complex has the widest variety amenities available of any other complex on the coast with a game room, fitness center, two indoor spas, an indoor pool, two out door pools, putting green, saunas and showers in Tower II, library, BBQ grills around the pool areas. We will be a gated community within the next month and we have 24/7 security. Each of my units come with a premium covered parking space in the parking garage

My husband and I stayed here for a week at the beginning of April and had a wonderful time. The condo is spotless, convenient to shopping and close enough to the casinos for visiting but far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle. The beach is directly across the road and is beautiful - the photos don't do it justice. Sandy and Taco were excellent hosts and went out of their way to help us. There is a small amount of road noise but it was not a problem. All condos in Gulfport are on the opposite side of the road from the beach so this is a universal concern. I'll definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone wanting an affordable alternative to expensive hotels or noisy casinos.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
