If you love a resort type atmosphere The Peninsula is for you. Make our home yours for a long weekend or full week. This fabulous Townhome has a screened in porch off the family room, as well as a sleeping porch off the master suite. When reading , relaxing or napping they both have beautiful views of the woods.

A combination of single family homes along with townhomes, villas and condominiums along the Indian River Bay make The Peninsula the best place in Delaware to vacation. The southern styled development beautifully landscaped is a combination of subtle hues which include powder blue, butter yellow, ocean green and tropical pink. The pastel colored homes surrond the magnificent championship Jack Nicklaus golf course.

Fun for all, adults will enjoy making an appointment at the spa, lunching at the Peninsula cafe, walking along the nature trails, watching the sun rise at our private beach or relaxing by one of our 3 pools. We had a wonderful time in this spacious, beautifully decorated and spotless town house. The location was fairly private with a great little frog pond off the back. Our 8 yr old enjoyed the pools and walks to the beach. The interior stairs were a bit steep for my 86 yr old mother but she was able to move around and greatly enjoyed the place. My only suggestion would be to have a few reading lamps near the couches. They were so comfortable you wanted to curl up with a good book at night. All in all, it was a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
