Our family had a great time staying at this condo. We were only a short distance from Disney which worked out great. The unit is very spacious and comfortable. We were able to enjoy meals here and relax. Right out the door is the pool and tennis courts and clubhouse. I think the one drawback is the walk to the parking lot especially when we unloaded and packed the car...

This condo rental was very nice and comfortable. As the previous reviewer stated, there is enough room in the condo for everybody to have their own space - which made it very nice since it was just my fiancee and myself on our vacation.

The condo was set-up nice and was clean. Both bathrooms were nice and the toilets were clearly labeled "sanitized" when we first checked in. There were plenty of towels to use and they were very clean, most looked brand new. The king bed was nice (this is the only bed we used) and the bedding was clean. Then there's the full kitchen, which included pretty much everything we needed. This allowed us to cook several meals in the condo, which saved us a lot since Disney was $30+ for two of us to eat lunch.

Having a washer and dryer in the condo also came in hand throughout our stay.

The condo is VERY close to everything - there are several restaurants close by, a super Walmart, a Super Target, two Publix (grocery store), and tons more all within 5-15minutes plus Disney is within the same distance which makes it perfect if you're vacationing for Disney like we were!

My fiancee and myself really enjoyed going into the hot tub at the pool area, especially after venturing around the Disney parks all day.

If you decide to book, once you check-in, make sure you see what you may need to help you during your stay. You may need to purchase additional toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, dish soap, supplies for the dish washer, laundry soap, etc. The condo did have some of the items listed but we did have to purchase some of these items, which worked out very well.

I would highly recommended this condo to a friend or relative. I would also place this condo at the front of my list if we have a chance to visit the area again.
