Family and friends will enjoy gathering in the open format living & dining area or relaxing or grilling out on the large balcony off of the living room which provides ample outdoor living space to take pleasure in this beautiful setting.

Nestled in the Arapahoe National Forest at South end of Breck, Tamarisk Condominiums are located in the Warrior's Mark section of Breckenridge, a very quiet established residential neighborhood. Tamarisk Condo Complex is situated on the 'Columbine Drive Loop' a safe area near Marriott’s Mountain Valley Lodge & Maggie Pond.

There is a slight 3% downhill grade from the complex to the Marriott and Peak 9 Base area which is a 5 minute walk on a sidewalk lined residential street.

Sporting a classic mid-century design, the 18 unit condo complex provides ample dedicated parking for residents and on-site laundry facilities.

Tamarisk is situated on the Free Town Shuttle 'BROWN' Route, with regular service to City Market Grocery store, the Gondola, restaurants, shops, medical, massage, post office/ UPS and much more. The Bus Stop is quite literally in front of our parking lot, next to the Summit Daily News paper box.

EPIC Powder in Breckenridge

The property was beautiful. It was perfect for our vacation. There were 5 adults traveling for this snowboarding trip and there was plenty of room for all of us. The gear storage area was more than adequate and made it easy for us to get ready in the morning. Kim, the unit owner, was extremely helpful and had some great recommendations. We arrived and departed on our schedule which made it very convenient for scheduling this trip. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, and it was a very short walk to the hot tub après ski. It was a bit further to the lift, but still walking distance (maybe a 10 min walk since we weren't used to the altitude). It was also an easy walk to Main Street. I can't say enough great things about our trip. I will definitely use this property in the future.

Fantastic location; great amenities; fun trip!

We've been coming to Breck for a long weekend for the past five years and always stay in this community near Peak 9. We rented from Kim this year because our usual rental was taken. It was wonderful. The condo is warm and homey -- and perfectly updated. Shower pressure and water were fantastic. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, and bedrooms are comfy. Kim's approach of using a lock-boxed key is terrific because it means no matter what time you arrive there's no extra stop required to get a key. It's a lovely setting that's private while being very accessible to everything -- slopes, town, etc. It was a wonderful long weekend that makes us want to return!
