Family and friends will enjoy gathering in the open format living & dining area or relaxing or grilling out on the large balcony off of the living room which provides ample outdoor living space to take pleasure in this beautiful setting.
Guests will benefit from a fully equipped, fully stocked galley kitchen with granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and stainless steel appliances. FREE WIFI /Internet connection with HP printer is also provided for guest use.
Three spacious bedrooms feature large mirrored door closets and oversized sliding windows that enhance the comfort of the bedrooms.

Nestled in the Arapahoe National Forest at South end of Breck, Tamarisk Condominiums are located in the Warrior's Mark section of Breckenridge, a very quiet established residential neighborhood. Tamarisk Condo Complex is situated on the 'Columbine Drive Loop' a safe area near Marriott’s Mountain Valley Lodge & Maggie Pond.
There is a slight 3% downhill grade from the complex to the Marriott and Peak 9 Base area which is a 5 minute walk on a sidewalk lined residential street.
Sporting a classic mid-century design, the 18 unit condo complex provides ample dedicated parking for residents and on-site laundry facilities.
Tamarisk is situated on the Free Town Shuttle 'BROWN' Route, with regular service to City Market Grocery store, the Gondola, restaurants, shops, medical, massage, post office/ UPS and much more. The Bus Stop is quite literally in front of our parking lot, next to the Summit Daily News paper box.

This unit has been in our family since Tamarisk was built in the 1970’s, over 40 years…there’s not much we don’t know about beautiful “Breck”.

We just returned from our fabulous vacation, staying in this awesomely located condo! Normally we try to stay at "ski in - ski out" accommodations, but this was SO easy to catch the bus, steps away from the property to get to the ski area, to being dropped off at the condo. ( literally on the other side of the parking lot)
It took less than 3 minutes. We also walked into town at night for dining. The walk was an easy 5 - 7 minute walk.
The fireplace was always on. Coming from Hawaii, that is a must for our winter vacations.
The kitchen was VERY well equipped.
The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets to curl up in.
Kim had 3 humidifiers for each bedroom. SInce there was just 2 of us, we put one in the living room.
I would recommend staying here. I think it is best for 4 adults or a family of 6.

This is our second stay in this condo, and we couldn't have had a better time. The condo is quiet, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is very well stocked. I bring homemade frozen food and I always find the pan or dish I need to prepare it. We love the close proximity to the Quicksilver lift and the wonderful hot tubs. We are a family of four adults and all had lots of privacy.
I highly recommend staying at this condo for your stay in Breckenridge. It was the perfect amount of space for our group and we couldn't have asked for a better location. We literally walked every where! This property was very clean and the owner was a pleasure to work with. I would stay here again!
Upon arrival, everything was better than expected. Beautiful decor, easy to find and perfect location! Our family highly recommends this property to anyone who wants to stay in Breck. Excellent shopping and loved Empire Burger!
We had a wonderful time. Everyone in Breck were so nice from shopping to restaurants to ski rentals and skiing. We will continue to go back.
