Unlike most communities,this has a fully staffed electric entry gate system for that added security for you and your family .There is a state of the art Community centre with a gym ,olympic size pool , conference , tennis and basketball court!The Woodford Villa was completed in January 2008 , it has 5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms , with a huge living area all luxuriously furnished including WiFi,Internet,Cable TV with Premiership,games room etc. The Shire is conveniantly located between the I4 (Exit 57) and US27 so only 10 mins to the parks . It sits pretty much next to Champions Gate and Reunion which are both beautifal resorts in themself but allow usage of there facilities aswell.If its golf you want then look no further with 2 of the worlds best courses on your doorstop and too many to count within a 15 minute drive

This villa is well maintained, well furnished and home from home.
It is situated in a quiet estate and with an open outlook at the rear, very private. The south facing terrace ensured you enjoyed the sunshine from early morning until evening.
The villa is situated very near to the I4 so had easy access to Theme Parks, shopping and restaurants.
I would have no hesitation in returning to this villa or recommending to a friend.
The description quoted on the website provides a true reflection of what is included in the villa. We found the Internet access of great use.

Awesome October holiday!

This was our first visit to Florida in 11 years, and the first since we have had children. We wanted somewhere which was close to the parks, restaurants, shopping malls etc. We also wanted somewhere spacious, spotless, and with all the mod cons. This villa had all our requirements and more. The villa is ideal in every way, the owner has thought of everything. There are no tolls to pay to get to Disney (unlike some others), the site is very well maintained (unlike some others), we felt safe as the area is well populated (again unlike some others!). No complaints whatsoever. Superb communication with the owner who was very accommodating with our requests, thanks. I want to go back now!

Relaxing time close to the parks

The villa was first class - beautifully prepared and maintained. The area is quiet and peaceful but you are genuinely only 10 mins from Disney.
Shops at Champions Gate were very handy and open late.
We spent several days chilling out around the pool and making use of the excellent facilities.
The management company are brilliant - we had a problem with the electricity (not likely to happen again) but they responded quickly and the owner dealt with it professionally. All in all I would thoroughly recommend the villa. You will not find better, or bigger, for the money.
One suggestion - send the same welcome pack that is in the villa to renters before they leave the UK as it had more info. Include details of how to get to Champions Gate - we found it by accident as we had driven from Tampa so approached from an earlier interstate exit.

We had a wonderful time in this villa. It was brand new and had everything in it.. The computer for us and the playstation III for the children. The pool was also very nice. We stayed for 10 days but next time we will go for 2 or 3 weeks. Mr. Price thank you for everything.

I would highly recommend this property to anyone that I knew was going to Florida. The location is perfect for going to all of the theme parks, a 15 minute drive and you are getting out of the car again. The house itself is located in a good area with stores, restaurants, petrol stations etc all within about 5 mins drive. The house was a pleasure to stay in - we were ready to move in. The sofas and beds were so comfortable it seemed a shame to go out! There were excellent facilities in the home. The internet didn't work while we were there which was the only down point. The owner provided super customer service throughout and made the whole process very easy.
