Great Place to stay so close to EVERYTHING

Have stayed in this neighborhood for several years and this owner and house were by far the best we have stayed in. House was clean and the pool was wonderful. The problems we had were quickly remedied by the property managers (dirty pool and cable box issues due to a storm). And when we mentioned the frying pan was in pretty bad shape and there were no cookie sheets, the manager came over with new ones even though we said we were making due with what we had, and the kids will never let us forget the wonderful cupcake cake delivered for Easter. We specifically stay in this neighborhood because it is so quiet and so close to everything- any restaraunt you could imagine plus more added every year are only a 5 minute drive, and taking a short cut to the parks is only a 5 minute drive to Animal Kingdom and about 15 to the parks with traffic. The neighborhood is great to walk in. The pool table was a great hit and used every day. We had so much fun at the pool and the house we decided to only do one Disney park instead of 2, with no argument from the kids. It was nice being able to walk to the basketball court to play. We can't wait to get back next year, it is not suprising this house is filling up for a year in advance, this owner goes above and beyond in service and making sure everything is as good as it can be for her renters, and we really appreciated that!
