LIME HILL VILLA, GALLEON BEACH, ENGLISH HARBOUR, ANTIGUA, WEST INDIES, FROM JUST £67 ( $110) PER PERSON PER NIGHT.
Architect designed Lime Hill was built in traditional colonial style in 2002, and has four air conditioned double bedrooms, each of which has an equally stunning sea view. Enjoy the Infinity swimming pool, surrounded by a secluded tropical garden, or take a few minutes stroll down the hill to the beach. A spacious furnished gazebo was finished in 2014, giving additional living space coupled with truly breathtaking views over Freemans Bay and into Nelson's Dockyard, perfect for a sundowner ot two...
The villa is nestled into the hillside, situated high on the rim of gated 20 acre Galleon Beach Club, Freeman's Bay, very close to historic Nelson's Dockyard, arguably the best location on the Island, being featured on almost every Antigua brochure world wide, which usually shows a panoramic view of the whole Galleon area taken from Shirley Heights. Freeman's Bay is a beautiful quintessentially Caribbean seaside scenario, with a gently sloping white powder beach, calm clear sheltered warm water, bordered by palm trees, as shown in our photographs.
The villa's infinity swimming pool overlooks Galleon and the entrance to Nelson's Dockyard, a favourite haven for yachts of all sizes, always something to see.
On-site seasonal amenities include a beachside restaurant and bar, reception, complimentary day ferry to the Dockyard and nearby the little hamlet of Falmouth, which has a varied selection of shops and a well stocked mini-market. For your Big Shop, there are several excellent large modern supermarkets near St Johns, about 40 minutes drive away.
We are proud that Lime Hill was honoured by being awarded 'Top Vacation Rental 2012' and 'Rated Excellent'.

Could not have been better!
What a delightful place. Wonderful situation and immaculately clean. The villa was a few minutes walk from the beach and a great little beach bar. The owner was very helpful - giving us the name of a super car hire gentleman (Titi) and organising for the maids to get some food in for the first couple of days. Loved watching the sun go down over the harbour - just heaven. .

Lime Hill was impeccable, romantic and a pure dream.
Our visit to Antigua was Aug 3 - 12, 2007. We chose to stay at Lime Hill Villa. I cannot say enough good things about this experience.
The Villa is a gorgeous 4 bedroom home with an infinity pool.
Walking into the villa, you are surrounded by vining, flowering plants that drape the veranda upstairs. It really is breathtaking. There is also an infinity pool that is well maintained and overlooks the harbour.
All bedrooms were air conditioned. There are 3 bedrooms with either Queen or King beds and one downstairs that has 2 twins, so you can eaily sleep 8 people. Each bedroom also has its own bathroom. The master bedroom has an outdoor shower as well.
The main living space had doors that opened up the entire wall in the front and back, allowing the breeze to flow through. There are 3 dining areas; one in the house, one on the back patio and one on the front patio, near the pool, overlooking the gorgeous bay. The kitchen was well equipped. We had everything we could ever need there, including a phone and radio.
The cleaning gal came daily (except Sunday). She continuously added fresh flowers to vases all over the house. It was very private and the views are PRICELESS.
We could have stayed forever.
We stayed a week here and will definitely go back.
We give this 5 stars across the board! Worth every single penny of our hard earned (and very long saved) money! More...

Lime Hill offers the ultimate Caribbean experience.
A beautiful architect designed villa with stunning elevated views over English Harbour. With two terraces,an infinity pool and only a short walk to the beach this villa provides the ideal holiday accommodation. Located close to all local amenities including a good variety of restaurants and bars. Shirley Heights with its famous Jump Up is near by. Lime Hill is the ideal Caribbean holiday home and we look forward returning in the future.

Lime Hill was a fantastic villa to spend our Christmas and New Year holiday. Very comfortable accomodations in a great location. A very short walk to lovely Galleon beach. The view over Freeman's Bay was perfect, lots of interesting yachts to see on their way to and from English Harbour. Short drive to numerous really good restaurants in English Harbour. The house has perfect layout, a lovely pool and can accommodate two families comfortably. Highly Recommend Lime Hill Villa.
This is a very well equipped house with great views of Galleon BeCh and beyond .A couple of minor problems were quickly addressed .The wi-fi was good although do not expect great tv reception . The Galleon Beach resort is not brilliantly maintained at present but this does not generally affect enjoyment of the house itself which is in very good condition. Overall highly recommended .
The villa was beautiful and we had a fabulous time. We used it during race week and the location was great. The staff were brilliant and we look forward to coming back again.
Gorgeous villa overlooking a picturesque bay, in proximity to Nelson's Dockyards and many great restaurants. The views of the bay in the morning and at sunset are unforgettable. You are sure to enjoy your stay here, however, please be sure to bring tons of bug spray, as the local mosquitoes are ferocious, and rent a 4x4 vehicle as the driveway is very steep and a lesser vehicle might not have the oomph. The owner is attentive and fair. Overall, highly recommended.
Really excellent villa in a wonderful location.
All 4 bedrooms are a good size and well decorated.
5 minutes to the beach and beach bar
Lovely babysitter available
