There is plenty of natural wooded areas for a long stretch alongside the outer perimeter of Sea World, which provides for a very nice nature walk and/or jog.

  • Master bedroom features a two queen size beds to maximize the number of guests that can sleep comfortably. The Second Bedroom has a bunk bed with three twin size mattresses and a small sofa which seats one or two. The third bedroom is very cute and cozy, it has an extremely plush, double mattress bed. Though we state the home sleeps 8 to 10 comfortably, there is futon in the garage, a large sofa downstairs, and the potential for two persons in each of the twin beds; there could be exceptions for up to 14 guests. An additional folding table and chairs are provided to accommodate larger parties.

Perfect vacation home

Everything from the planning and payment to our stay was fantastic! After I sent my dates to the owner, and I verified the information, the owner called to make sure I didn't have further questions before making my down payment. Once we arrived at the home, the owner was there and gave us a tour and a map of the city along with popular restaurants and attractions. We are planning to make another vacation to San Antonio this year, and we will be staying at this home again. It is a great location to get anywhere in the city.

BMT Graduation

We rented this home for BMT Graduation and we were not disappointed!! This was our first experience with renting a home and the bar has been set high! Carlos was great in working with from from the time we inquired to the time we left.

The home is close to Lackland and our Airman enjoyed coming to take a hot shower, enjoy a home cooked meal and relaxing with family. We comfortably fit 7 people into the home, 4 adults and 2 kids. The home is SO close to the park our kids were able to enjoy it daily! The proximity of the home to local attractions was also wonderful and Carlos provided us with a map to get around.

Should we venture back to San Antonio, we'd stay here again!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Everything was as good as we expected it to be. The pictures as well as the description of the house gives a very true story about this vacation home.
We found the location to be perfect. A quiet neighborhood, but with lots of shopping within a few miles. This includes Walmart, Target and a big H-E-B grocery store. Also, very close to Sea World.
The owner, was the perfect host. We had no need for any help during our week long stay, but it was good to know that he was there if we should need assistance.
All in all a very nice vacation home that gives excellent value for money. If we should decide to go to San Antonio once more, this will be our preferred choice for lodging.

BMT Graduation

This is was our first experience renting a vacation home and let me say we were BLOW AWAY!! From our initial inquiry to the day we left Carlos was a great help! We comfortably fit seven people into the home. The park next door is WONDERFUL for small children and our enjoyed it daily! The home had everything we needed and everything was easy to find. The neighborhood was very quiet the entire week we were there. We even met a friendly cat, who if you don't watch will try to come in a make a home :)

Since we were down for BMT graduation it was great that the house was only 10 minutes from the base. Our Airman loved coming over to have a home cooked meal and take a hot shower and just relax. We had no trouble navigating our way around the city from this home as well.

We would not hesitate to rent this home again! Thank you so much for your kind hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. I was amazed to find just how close we were to Sea World and the visit there with our new airman was great. Home is close to Lackland as well and with just a few minutes we were on base. Carlos was great and met us there to show the house and everything in it and also stayed in contact with us during our trip. I would recommend this house and Carlos to anyone taking a trip to San Antonio.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
