House, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Full Baths (Sleeps 6-8)

Nestled in the trees on Tahoe;s beautiful west shore, wake up to the beautiful conservancy lot next door. Only 1 mile from the lake, Grizzly Court Lodge is the vacation home you've been waiting for. Located in a very private cul-de-sac, just a short walk to Sugar Pine Point State Park and a 4 minute drive to Chambers Landing. You can walk to the lake, the bike trail and the local market. Walk to the end of the street and access great mountain biking/hiking trails in the summer or cross-country ski/snowshoe trails in the winter. We're a short 5 minute drive to Homewood, 20 minutes to Alpine, Squaw and Tahoe City. Easily accessible in the winter!

Fully renovated in 2007, nothing left untouched. Grizzly Court Lodge includes granite slab kitchen and bathroom counter tops, marble showers, all stainless steel appliances with off street parking for 5 cars or a boat. Grizzly Court now includes free local and long distance phone calls. Tahoe is dog heaven.

Additional Information: On the entry level, there is a large family room with wet bar, large 32' TV, laundry and full bathroom. On the second floor, there is a gourmet kitchen, dining room, living room, fireplace, 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Lodge includes free cable TV including ESPN, wired and wireless Internet access up to 8 Mbps!!!

This cabin will accept up to 2 well behaved dogs, $20 additional per day per dog up to a maximum of $60.

We Loved Grizzly Lodge!

Our family rented this wonderful cabin for Thanksgiving week, 2012 and we had the best time! The house was so clean (especially for being pet-friendly) and very well maintained with beautiful upgrades to bathrooms and kitchen. We brought our 2 kids (7 and 10) as well as our 2 dogs and a family friend and never felt crowded. We never ran out of trails to explore (trails were within a block of the cabin) ahnd things to do, there was an entire book the homeowner had created listing trails, ski resorts, dog-friendly spots, restaurants (even included menus) and lots of information on the history of the Tahoe area . The Loft was a HUGE hit with the kids as were all of the games and the beauiful hot tub on the deck was a huge hit for the parents. This home was ideal and the homeowners were so wonderful to work with and they were incredibly responsive to questions . We walked our dogs on the trails and enjoyed the quiet of the open forest land. Beautiful quiet court location with great hiking right in the backyard and the perfect sledding hill right next to the house. The house had everything we needed to cook quite the Thanksgiving feast and was very comfortable (the beds were unbelievably comfortable). This was a great vacation and we definitely plan on returning to "Grizzly Lodge". Thank you Francesca and Mike.

Great Home - Very Pet Friendly

This is a great home, very modern, very clean and very pet friendly. The owners were very responsive and provided great information on things to do, shopping, nearby walking trails, etc. They have extra pet bowls, dog toys and gates available. Our deposit was returned promptly after our stay. We will definately stay here again next time we are in Tahoe.

Most Comfortable Home in Tahoe

This place was truly a home away from home. It was very COMFORTABLE and clean. The home was warm and inviting. By far, this is the best home I have stayed in. I love that it was located in a court and that there was a hill right out the front of the house to go sledding. I was the main person cooking, the kitchen was very spacious and open. It had all the tools I needed to cook the meals. Being able to bring my dog was a plus--this is a very pet friendly home. I would definitely book this home again!
