Lovely house with courtyard and terraces

You will be surprised to discover this charming house not overlooked in the heart of the village , with a courtyard shaded by a magnificent fig.

Ground floor: summer living area, kitchen communicating with the dining room and a living room / library with television.

At the intermediate level: laundry with a first terrace and a separate toilet.

1st floor: the first two bedrooms, bathroom and terrace with sweeping views of the surrounding landscape (Village classified Séguret).

2nd floor: third bedroom, an office area and a bathroom with shower.

Various village shops (bakery, butcher, grocery, restaurant ...) are two minutes walk from the house.
