Just a 5 minute drive to downtown Casinos and shopping and Heavenly Ski Resort, and less than 3 minutes to the beautiful beaches of Lake Tahoe!! This home is located in one of Lake Tahoe's favorite centrally located small private communities with its own homeowners association. A recreational area is offer by the association and provides an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and a clubhouse with bathrooms, changing area, lockers, shower, and a sauna. The pool area is normally open from mid-May through September. All other facilities are available year-round.
