A £100 non-returnable confirmation deposit required when booking for each week or part week of stay in order to reserve the property.
Payment of the full rental charge is required no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings made within the 8 weeks of arrival date, payment in full is required.
A £250 refundable security deposit is required to cover unforeseen breakage/damage during your stay and will be required at time of full payment (an insurance option is also available). Ask for more information and pricing schedule on insurance.
Cheque (Pound Sterling) is the preferred method of payment. Other payment methods may be discussed.
Optional Pool Heat is £15 per day (min 5 days) or £80 per full week (recommended from October to April).
Additional housekeeping charge for stays of 6 nights or less of £45.
A 10% Discount for stays of 3 weeks and longer. .
