Why Paolo chose San José

We scoped out the area for years, and listened to our countless clients who asked for more than a hotel room, but a condo with two bedrooms and two washrooms, and something really nice to relax in, with good technology and high end furnishings, in a very safe area but not isolated like most apartments requiring a car, without inner city pollution, with good views of green Costa Rica, but also within walking distance of restaurants & grocery stores, gyms, movie theaters, and entertainment & bars to be within walking distance. And they also asked for free pick up from their lodging for day excursions. Before even posting the listing on Homeaway, we already had almost solid bookings for the first two months.

What makes this condo unique

You don't need to spend 60+ dollars a day on a rental car when you stay in this amazing new condo. You can walk or take $2 taxis to everything you need. And nice direct buses take you to the airport & into down town San Jose Capital. And so many day tours/excursions can be booked leaving and returning to this condo location or nearby.

We could not have chosen a better vacation condo or location for our time in Costa Rica's central valley. The kids loved walking to Mc Donald's and the movie theater, just about 5 minutes from the condo. We took the bus to the old part of San Jose. It was quick and easy and a good cultural experience for the kids.

The views we gorgeous. Volcanos to the north and mountains to the south. My wife and I loved the queen bed in the main suite. We felt like we were ushered into the clouds. It reminded us of the high quality one would expect in an Intercontinental hotel, not a condo!

Yes, the listing description and photos were highly accurate, and the condo was extremely clean and well maintained. The owners could not have been more professional, excellent or trustworthy.

As far as nearby restaurants go, we would recommend the buffet breakfasts that the Herradura Hotel and the Double Tree both offer. You can walk down and cross the expressway on the pedestrian bridge. It's about 8 minutes and good exercise.

This will definitely be our choice for next time and will recommend it to all our friends and family.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Cariari Premium - is really Premium!

This was an excellent location and Condo. We stayed for about a week and the condo was really everything that we hoped and a bit more.
Everything was is super good condition and really well kept.

We will definitely come back to stay here again! and will recommend it to both friends and family!

The service we got in regards to everything with the condo was way better than what we have got in any hotel, condo or villa that we have been at in Costa Rica.
We really felt like we were genuinely cared for.

From Cariari Premium Condo i would recommend some day trips to Poas volcano and the La Paz waterfall gardens. Or just a stroll in any of the many parks in the central valley.

As a Scandinavian it was a pleasure to stay in a high quality Condo, and i hope to do it soon again!

The Cariari Premium Vacation Condo was amazing!!!!! I stayed there for 7 nights and I will definitively stay at this location again! The location (close to restaurants, bars, airport and downtown San José) and the layout were perfect for 4 people.
