We purchased this condo (unit 1705) in 2010 and completely furnished it with brand new furniture and all new decorations. It has a warm and cozy “home” feeling and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

About The Owner

My husband and I grew up in the mountains of East Tennessee, but we left Tennessee and spent the last 35 years traveling around the world with the USAF. We currently live in Georgia, however, we love to go “back home” so that’s why we purchased this condo; we go to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg often but when we are not available to go, we offer it up to others that want to experience Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg and the beautiful surrounding areas. Even though our children and grandchildren have never actually lived in Tennessee, they love it there too and go quite often as well. We hope you'll enjoy our condo and all that Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains have to offer. We think you'll want to keep coming back too! We chose this 2-bedroom, 2 -bathroom condo at Mountain View because it was new, very large and close to "everything"! We like to go to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg with all of our family and this condo allows us all to vacation together. It's in a great location and on the top floor with fantastic views.

Pigeon Forge is 5 miles from Gatlinburg and home of Dolly Parton's world famous DOLLYWOOD theme park and Dollywood's water park SPLASH COUNTRY! Our two bedroom, two bathroom, 1200 sqft condo is located at 124 Plaza Drive on the main strip in Pigeon Forge about 2 miles from the Dollywood entrance. Many other attractions are located within walking distance and short driving distance to our condo, to include, the Titanic, the Miracle Theater, WonderWorks, and the new Hatfields & McCoy's dinner theater. The Knife works on hwy 66 on the other side of Sevierville going toward I-40 is a good place to look around, plus at the interstate and Hwy 66 is the Bass Pro Shop and a big flee-market. The Tanger Shopping Outlet is in Pigeon Forge as well.

Roger and Gail's condo is our favorite vacation home. We return year after year not only because the condo is convenient , beautifully decorated and reasonably priced, but also because the home owners are gracious, understanding and wonderful to deal with. We vacation at Roger and Gail's condos several times a year, so much so, that I think our kids think it belongs to us!

My husband, teenage daughter and I recently returned from a relaxing vacation in Pigeon Forge TN. We rented this condo from March 24th-28th, 2013. The weather wasn't the best (snowed all day two of the three full days we were there), but we really enjoyed our vacation and the condo is a big part of that. The furnishings all looked very new. Everything was very clean. The condo is very spacious and bedrooms offer a lot of privacy. This condo is on the top floor, so there is no one above to keep you awake at night. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone needing a relaxing vacation!!

A wonderful shopping retreat for two sisters

What an absolutely perfect condo!!!! My sister and I go on our annual shopping trip to Pigeon Forge each year in November and have now found our "permanent" place to stay each year. What a joy to return to this oh so comfortable home each evening after a long tiring day of shopping. We normally eat out and attend shows BUT not this year. We just stayed in and ENJOYED all the comforts of home. Everything we needed was right there. Looking forward to next year - better make our reservations early as I'm sure this condo will get booked up early.
