The land is dotted with big trees and plans so you can enjoy your lunch or breakfast in the open space. On the back yard, under the trees, there is your private swimming pool with sunbeds and chairs offers you total relaxation and privacy.

LEFKAS nestles away in the centre of the main Ionian Islands and is the only island linked to mainland Greece. A swing bridge gives easy access by road, with the newly extended and refurbished airport of Preveza about a 20 minute drive. The island and the surrounding area has a lot to offer – anything from sailing, windsurfing, cycling, scuba-diving, walking, exploring ancient archaeological sites or just that lazy beach holiday. You will probably find some of the most picturesque views around. West coast, where we are situated has the most beautiful beaches in Greece and breathtaking sunsets Ag Nikitas village is 800 meters away from our villas .its a very beautiful small seaside village with nice restaurants, cafes ,tavernas, mini markets and good night life Local activities diving, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, fishing, wind-surfing, water skiing

All furniture are antique style, leather setters, dark wood floors and wooden doors and windows. The antiques and the old pictures on the walls makes you feel very homely. Ground floor. : One double bed and a large bathroom which is approached from the lounge area. Fridje freezer, washing machine and full air conditioning. Gallery. : There are two single beds. The villa can accomodate 4 people. Further accommodation for children can provided with a pull out bed in the gallery or lounge.

Just one minute walk you can find the very beautiful beach of Ag. Nikitas and a lot of mini markets, splendid selections of tavernas and bars. A further five minutes drive to the north or south will take you to some much larger beaches where the sea and the swimming is superb. Prices include maid service, change of bed linen and towels, twice per week.

Changeovers on Sunday or Saturday (in principal).If bookings allow it can be flexible

The house is great, the pool a fantastic bonus. The village beach is small and busy but very convientant, very clean and beautiful. We loved the no cars in the village centre. There are plenty of Tavernas to try, we didn't cook at all for the 2 weeks and there are a couple of supermarkets for essentials. For something a little livelier Lefkada has everything, shops, bars, clubs, tavernas. Nidri is well worth a trip, and take the moutain road to it as the view of Skorpios, Skorpidi and Madouri from the moutain road is worth a picture.

This is an ideal house in an ideal location, lovely and quiet but so close to the little village and local beach. Perfect holiday a really quiet & chilled 2 weeks.
