House, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths (Sleeps 6)

Water's Edge is located at The Cays near The Hermitage on Exuma. This water-front home comfortably accommodates one to six guests. CONCIERGE SERVICE INCLUDED!!

There are three bedrooms and three full baths. A large wrap-around porch faces beautiful sunsets over the water. A fully-equipped kitchen awaits you. The house also features vaulted ceilings, central air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, and high-quality furnishings.

We really are located at the water's edge. Just a few steps from the front door and you are at the calm and clear water. There is a small marina on the property with a sandy beach. You will have use of a beautiful swimming pool that is shared with only a few other homes. Because most of the other homes are owned by absentee owners, you will most likely have the beach and pool to yourself most of the time!

You will have unlimited use of a tandem kayak also!!

This is truly a quiet and peaceful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets!!

THIS HOME OFFERS A CONCIERGE SERVICE. She will greet you at the airport, show you to the home, introduce you to all of the amenities of the home and the local area. She will book boating, fishing or sightseeing trips for you.

She will pick up groceries and have them waiting for you upon your arrival.

She will even cook you an authentic Bahamian style meal at the house if you like.

She is on-call at all times during your stay if you need anything.

If you want peace and quiet, look no further. A relaxing walk along the waterfront at sunset is worth the price alone. Or take a short walk to the off-the-beaten path inland blue hole and check out the underwater cave entrance. There is also a new water-side restaurant within walking distance with a beautiful view of the sunset and a full bar.

This property also features a poolside cabana, outside showers and restroom, and a beautiful white sand beach with palm frond umbrellas, for when you might need a break from the sun.

A Slice of Heaven!

We had a fabulous time in the Exumas and really enjoyed our accomodations at Water's Edge! We arrived to find a welcoming caretaker who went out of her way to insure that we had every thing that we needed. The house was very clean and comfortable and had every amenity that we could think of that we needed. It was wonderful having a refreshing pool to hop in to every afternoon after being out boating all day. We also loved sitting under the cabana every morning drinking our coffee and having cocktails in the afternoons while watching the sunset! We would definitely rent this house again!!

One of the best locations on the island and the best rental I have ever stayed. After renting several rental homes over the past several years I have always noticed one thing no matter how much you pay they are all just about the same. This location was a very pleasant surprise it feels like a home with very nice furnishing. The decor was very nice with a touch of the beach but not overwhelming decor that screams at you when you walk in BEACH. Another very nice surprise is this rental was immaculate. This house has a very home feel to it, which made it feel very relaxing in a beautiful setting. There is a wonderful outdoor restaurant next door within walking distance. I highly recommend and will go there again. There is a laid back feel on this island however there is lots to do. Santanas is a great place to eat on the lower end of the island. Wonderful rental with some of the most beautiful beaches i have ever seen.

beautiful accomodations - Waters edge

Stayed for 8 nights at Waters Edge at the end of June - early July. The home is very nice and the listing photos and appearance were just as expected. The home was clean and the caretaker met us at the house upon our arrival to show us around and tell us about the property. We had a small issue with the air conditioner, however called the caretaker and it was resolved quickly.

The cays community is small, and it was very quiet. The pool and small beach area were very nice. There were alot of mosquitos - so we used alot of bug spray. We did not swim in the lagoon as we did not like the soft sand/mud feeling. Having use of the Kayak was great.

Overall we had a wonderful time in great exuma and enjoyed waters edge immensely. There is a new restaurant open a very short walk away called Catch a fire Grill. We spent several evenings there for drinks/food. The best swimming beaches are on the other side of the island and there are many restaurants/bars within a few miles as well. Definitly need to rent a car at this location.
