An Unforgettable opportunity to experience Barcelona, staying in a unique design apartment. This flat has an exquisite taste. Each room has its own character giving the flat a great atmosphere.

The flat is located alongside Rambla Poblenou St. (pedestrian street). This street is the core of the Poblenou neighborhood. There are many cafes and nice restaurants. It is one of the most commercial streets in Barcelona.

Just a few meters down the Rambla Poblenou you have the beach of Barcelona and the Olympic Harbour. On walking distance you can also visit some of the icons of Barcelona: The famous Sagrada Familia by Antonio Gaudi. From there you can walk up on Gaudi´s Ave. to the Sant Pablo’s Hospital another icon of the Art Noveau in Barcelona. The modern Agbar tower is 15 min on foot, this modern building designed by Jean Nouvel that holds the water company. Some nights of the week it’s illuminated with color lights.

the flat: The flat itself is 65 sqm (680sqf). It has two rooms each with its full bathroom (bathtub). The main bedroom has a large windowed balcony overlooking a tipical patio. the beach and de city: Close to the flat you have the tram(12 minutes walk) that takes you to the old city in less than 10 min where you can see the museo Picasso, Santa Maria del Mar, the Cathedral, the famous Palau de la Musica and other highlights of Barcelona. There is the metro line: yellow (Poblenou stop) and many bus lines just in front of the apartment that will get you to all interesting places in the hearth of Barcelona.

My husband and I had a great time in Barcelona. This apartment was easy to reach via the metro from the airport, and neither of us speak Spanish or French (English only). Eduardo was very helpful with directions and made sure we were comfortable. We walked to Las Ramblas and Segrada Familia. The beach is very close by and we really enjoyed La Rambla del Poblenou just 2 blocks from the apartment. The neighborhood surrounding the apartment was nice and quiet and we felt very safe. We enjoyed an excellent meal at Tuzzichin very close to the apartment. Would definitely stay here again.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Great time in Barcelona

We had a great time in Barcelona while staying at this apartment. It was extremely convenient to the hop-on hop-off bus if you want to tour. If you want to spend time and travel on the Metro/subway it was just a short walk away. If you wanted to go to the beach, it was a 5-8 minute walk. Eduardo was extremely friendly and helpful. Great place and I would stay there again...

Great apartment in cosy area

The distance to the beach and cosy Poble Nou was a great advantage and I would definitely stay here again. We both walked into the city center as well as used underground and taxi. We were three adults and one child and the two bathrooms was another advantage when travelling together with friends. We had a wonderful stay!

I have been to Barcelona many times before, but it is my first time renting an apartment. I'd definitely do it again.
The apartment is super nice, exactly as described. Great location, close to markets/supermarket, the subway, major roads to catch a cab, the beach, several restaurants nearby...
The apartment is new, with plenty of space and natural light (as much as you can get in the winter anyway). It was clean and organized, and had everything we needed.
Eduardo was an excellent host, very accommodating.
I definitely recommend this apartment and I'd stay over again on my next trip.

Really Good Place to stay

Really good place to stay. Comfortable, clean and modern two bedrooms two badrooms place, in a nice area close to the centre. It's not the centre of Barcelona but I would stay in that area if I had to live in Barcelona.
The owner is corteous and friendly, and the apartment, even if it's not a top luxury place, it's ideal for young people and young couple with one/two kids.
The area is close to rambla de Poblenou, where you can find nice bars and restaurants. The flat is really close to the sea, and the beaches in front of it are the best of Barcelona.
