Welcome to the peace and tranquility of this beautiful Florida Villa. Enjoy the convenience of stepping through your sliding patio doors, to a magnificent tropical setting, that includes a screened heated pool with a TRUE SOUTHERN EXPOSURE and oversized deck. Look further through the tropical plants to the canal. Bring your fishing pole or use the ones provided, to fish out your back door. If golf is more to your liking, the area offers 4 magnificent courses in your neighborhood. Just look out your front door to see the golfers on the fairway.

Ready for some beach time? A 10 minute drive puts you on some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and since you overlook the Gulf of Mexico, you will enjoy warm ocean water and indescribable sunsets.

Shopping in the area is plentiful and all within a short drive. Groceries are available within a few minutes drive, with fresh produce sold at numerous area stands. Within 10 minutes, you can be at one the largest malls on the southern coast, in Port Charlotte, which includes Burdines, J.C. Penny, Dillards, Sears, etc. A short drive north will land you in Sarasota, where you can stroll the sidewalks of St. Armands Circle or visit an Outlet Mall.

If cooking out on your grill by the pool is not in your plans for the evening, there is a wide variety of dining choices you may consider. From the many chain restaurants such as the Outback and TGIF Fridays or the local favorites that serve Italian, Caribbean and of course fresh seafood. We'll leave you a list of our favorites.

Most of all we want you to enjoy the comforts of your Florida Villa. This beautifully decorated home has 2 bedrooms with King in Master, a double and a twin bed in the 2nd bedroom. The leather couch also converts to a queen bed. A new 46' flat screen LCD TV will provide you with HD viewing when you choose to sit inside. Everything you need is here, so come and experience the Central Gulf Coast of Florida.

Thank you Joe for allowing us the use of your beautiful villa. We had a fabulous month. Weather was awesome we loved the area. It was so peaceful. The golf courses were amazing. So much to see and do and everything was so close. Would highly recommend this vacation home. The grapefruit tree in the backyard was an extra bonus. We loved the area so much we invested in our very own piece of paradise!

The Perfect Getaway

This was our first time renting property in Florida....we found our April stay here extremely enjoyable and everything we could have hoped for! We absolutely loved the very peaceful surroundings and were fascinated with all that nature right in the backyard. The grapefruit tree was an especially added bonus-could not get enough of this very delicious fruit. This home is perfectly situated in proximity to gulf beaches, shopping and numerous villages and towns, to say nothing of plenty of golf courses minutes away. The pool was wonderful and we appreciated the bikes on site for excercise. The owner, Joe is easily accessible and was prompt to reply to our few questions - he is genuinely concerned for his tenants!

Tranqil winter getaway with lots of wild life

My husband and I recently spent a month at this property. It is a well appointed, clean and equipped home with lots of amenities. Pool was clean and well maintained with lots of sun on the lanai. Lots of wild life in a very tranquil setting. Lots of restaurants and beaches nearby. I would recommend this property to 55+ and families with children, young and older. Home also equipped for small children. Owner very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

This was the first time we stayed at this house, the place is very clean and tastefully decorated, the grounds are beautiful, the pool was fantastic with its southern exposure, we had sun all day, palms also provide shade in the pool area.
The house comes complete with everything you will need for your stay and is located on a very quiet street, short drive to shopping and beaches.
Special thanks to Joe who welcomed us with a phone call the day we arrived, just making sure everything was to our liking.

We have rented for 3 years and would have continued, but we now have our own place. Always clean, very comfortable. Everything needed is there. The pool is glorious. Close to the beach, shopping, dining etc. We always felt like we were coming home each time we arrived.
