Our ''Southern Comfort'' Lake house is a perfect get away for family, friends, reunions, fishing and relaxing.

The lake is constant level and great for fishing, boating, swimming, canoing or just relaxing under the oaks in the hammock. This Texas bungalow is full of color, space, yummy cotton sheets and love! Also includes a custom made table that easily seats 10.

This has been our second home since time of purchase in 2001. There is a yard for kiddos, sports and vehicle/ boat trailer parking.

You are welcome to enjoy our Paddle Boat.

Convenient Location: We are set in a quaint cove and provide a paddle boat in order to venture out into the great and gorgeous LBJ to swim and fish. With a private boat slip and jet ski ramp out your back door, and a boat ramp within subdivision. This is a perfect location for family and friends to gather. You can enjoy a nice view and easy access to the lake without being awakened early in the morning by loud speed boats.

There is a non-smoking rule in the house.

Additionally approximately 7 years ago we had it dredged in front of our dock so the water is approximately 6 feet deep.

We are minutes from the Sweet Berry Farm to pick your own berries in the Spring and hayrides/ pumpkins in the fall.

Thanksgiving

Morning Karen,

We had a wonderful vacation. Your home was very inviting and cozy and had everything we needed to make our Thanksgiving a success! Before we had even left, we were talking about our next trip back.

I don't remember which night it was but I was changing my son's diaper (he's two) and out of nowhere he said he loved Papa's house. For whatever reason he thought it was my parents place. It was the most adorable sweet moment to know that he was having fun and was able to verbalize it. Memories...

Thanks for making it a Thanksgiving that we will always remember.

I rented the house for my husband 30th birthday. We had a group meet us there and it was so much fun. I was nice to be able to sit by the water and have fun with friends. Perfect Vacation

This was our second stay and we are already planning our next one. The house has all you need to relax and spend quality time with the kids. The views from the back porch are great and the boat lift is ideal. One of my favorite memories is taking the paddle boat down the cove looking for turtles. Lake House review

Hi Karen,

Thanks so much for allowing us to stay at your lake house. We really enjoyed ourselves. The kids were in the water most of the time. Your tube floats were extremely popular. The house was a great size and easily accomodated our group. The kitchen and dining table had so much room, we never felt crowded... and the deck was just perfect for relaxing and enjoying the breeze.

Thanks again. If we ever plan to go back to the lake, we would love to rent your house again.

We had a blast! We loved staying at your house and do plan to be back. The only thing we would do differently is stay longer. Cheyenne was very professional and even brought a gift basket to us after cleaning which we felt was above and beyond.
