Rental Rates for this vacation villa rental in Remington Golf Club, Florida

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

• Rental rates shown above, do not include Tourist Tax (6%) and Sales Tax (7%), so 13% will be added to rental charges and pool heating charges in the quotation after deduction of any discounts.
  A Set-Up and Close-Down fee of $ 50 will be added to each booking. 10% discount for bookings of two weeks or more. Other discounts are at the discretion of the owner.
  Payment can be accepted by personal cheque in Pounds Sterling, Euros or US Dollars, as long as there is sufficient time for cheque clearance. Please state country so I can quote you in the appropriate currency. If paying by credit card is prefered, a Request For Payment will be sent by email through the PayPal service.
  Alternatively, bank transfers can be accepted.
  A minimum of 3 nights is preferred but contact me if you require a shorter period. For periods of less than 5 nights, the full departure cleaning charge of $60 will be added to the rental charge, plus taxes.
• Pool heating is available at an extra charge of $15 per day plus taxes and must be requested in advance.
  Electricity (excluding pool heating) and use of bed linen and towels are included in the rental charge.
  Telephone calls across the US, Canada, Pueto Rico and Guam are free.
  Broadband Wi-Fi is available but no computer is supplied.
  
  Pets are generally discourage to ensure cleanliness and to avoid potential allergic reactions. Where agreed, pets must be kept under strict control and must not be allowed on sofas, chairs and beds. There will be an additional cleaning charge of $ 200 per pet added to the rental charge where it is agreed, in advance that pet(s) can be in the rental property. If pets are found in the rental property without the property owner's prior permission then the rental arrangement may be immediately terminated without refund.
• A deposit of $150 is required to reserve the property. The deposit is retained as security, in case damage has occurred or additional cleaning is required, but will be refunded less any necessary deductions, within a day or two of the end of the rental period.
  Arrival time is from 4pm and departure time is 10am. Changes to these times must be agreed in advance with the owner.
  Payment of the full rental charge is required 8 weeks before the start of the rental period.
  For bookings made within the 8 week period before arrival, the full rental charge plus the $150 deposit is payable upon booking.
  Cancellations: More than 8 weeks to start of the rental period - full refund,
  5 - 8 weeks - 75% refund of rental charge,
  2 - 5 weeks - 25% refund of rental charge,
  less that 2 weeks - no refund of rental charge.
  8 weeks or less - no refund of reservation/security
