Windsor Gardens Condo Unit #45 (3 bedroom-2bath: 2 bedroons with queen beds & one bedroom with a futon & desk =sleeps 6) 1310 sf located in Midtown that's close to everything! Hospitals: St. Vinscents, VA, Baptists, Heart, UALR Medical Center & Children's. Just a short drive to downtown and you are at the River Market where you can enjoy fine dinning, art galleries & entertainment and visit the very impressive Clinton Library. Just a few blocks away and you're at the Law School, Arts Center or Historic McArthur Park. The State Capitol is also very impressive...it's an exact replica of our Capitol in Washington, DC. A visit to the Peabody Hotel & watch the ducks walk to & from the fountain is a must see! You may want to see the Governors Mansion at 18th & Center Street or the famous Villa Marie at 13th & Scott Street which was used as the opening scene for the TV series ''Designing Women''.

You may want to visit Historical Mount Holly Cemetery...the resting place of the 17 year old Confederate boy...David O. Dodd...along with many other historical figures like Generals, Governors, Senators & prominent businessmen of that day. Downtown is also home to many businesses like Dillard's corporate headquarters or Stephens Investments...the largest off-Wall Street investment firm in the US.

If you like walking, jogging or bike riding the trail along the Arkansas River is a must! Miles of continuous pathways that loop across the river to North little Rock & back. The most impressive is the 1 mile long...''Big Dam Bridge''...that actually was build over Murray Lock & Dam. There you will get a breathtaking view of the River & the Little Rock bluff where you can see magnificent homes of some of Little Rocks' most elite citizens.

If you're a sports enthusiasts you will want to see the new Dicky Stephens Baseball Park which is home of the Arkansas Travelers Baseball Team or the Verizon Arena home of the Arkansas Twisters Arena Football Team. Like to Golf? Then you will enjoy Rebsamen Park, War Memorial Park, Pleasant Valley or Chennal Country Club. Good location for Razorback Football Game

Two families (4 adults) stayed for a long weekend. We were there to attend a Saturday Razorback football game. The location was excellent and only a short car ride to stadium.
Owner stopped by to check on us first day to make sure everything was okay. I found Glenn to be very easy to work with and as with all my other rentals through homeaway we were very pleased with our stay.
There was one small issue, not worth going in to detail about as Glenn reponded quickly to it.
I would stay there again if I ever return to Little Rock.

Super condo. It was clean, close to everything. Loretta and Glenn were wonderful to work with. It was comfortable and the pool was great. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this condo for any family. The photos didn't do it justice,it's actually even nicer! We loved that it was close to several state parks and lots of family activities. Thanks Loretta & Glen!

Good Times in Little Rock

This was the perfect place to stay for my family of five on our recent trip to visit friends in LR.

For those of you that travel with children, the condo is a great escape to peace and quiet when a break from the excitement is needed. Breakfast each morning as a family before heading out was a nice advantage and home cooked meals rather than an endless parade to restaurants helped us make the most of our time.

Glen and Loretta were very helpful and available to assist when needed. Absolutely awesome trip which was made very comfortable by the safe and well appointed condo. Cheers

Thanksgiving 2010

Great, roomy condo and beautifully furnished. Our family enjoyed a Thanksgiving get-together in Little Rock and really enjoyed staying here. The condo is in a great location - convenient to downtown and the river area. Our deposit was refunded to us within 24 hours. Since we are LSU fans, our family wants to make this Thanksgiving event a regular every other year, and we are hoping that the condo will still be available next time.

Just ended a very pleasant 3 week stay. The condo was exactly as described, tastefully and comfortably furnished; very comfy beds, convenient washer/dryer combo in the unit. Kitchen is adequately equipped for cooking. and the dining room seats six. A good-sized pool is in a building centered in the coY, secure gated complex, with a roof that slides back on itself to view of open sky-just enough so the summer heat doesn't intrude. It was totally comfortable to swim there. I found the location to be central to everything, and Little Rock is amazingly small-town in feel and layout of the streets.It's very easy to navigate and astonishingly traffic-jam free, especially compared to the nightmare of California's state capitol! I look forward to coming back for another visit, and this is where I'll stay. Thanks Glenn and Loretta, for answering all my questions prior to my stay. I had nothing to worry about-everything was perfect.
