Enjoy all the island has to offer in our beautiful, recently renovated, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath beachfront condo. You get all the comforts of home PLUS access to two beaches, a heated swimming pool, and a close up view of the spectacular sunsets from our unit in this beautifully landscaped, gated community.

Marco Island boasts 335 days of sunshine a year. What better way to appreciate that sunshine than on the white sand beaches or in the warm, emerald waters located mere steps from our door? Bring the whole family: with a King-sized bed in the Master bedroom, two extra long twins in the Guest bedroom (which can be converted to a King), and a Queen sofa bed, our unit easily sleeps six. Additionally, our spacious Living room, Dining room, fully-equipped Kitchen, and two full Baths provide space for everyone. You will certainly enjoy your stay with 3 flat screen TV's, a DVD player, Wireless Internet in the unit, beach chairs and umbrella, extra beach towels and a cooler for your use. When you’re not taking in the tropical breezes and incredible views from the private balcony, consider the heated pool, 10 tennis courts, fitness center, and on-site boat docks.

the apartment was in excellent condition top to bottom. the upgrades were amazing and i've been coming to these towers since they've been built. this apartment has everything you need for your vacation to be complete. the view was grand...i will definitely come back if you'll have me

Beautiful condo and professionally remodeled and decorated. The owner was more than helpful with arranging our stay. Condo was very clean and equipped with everything you need, including a small cooler to take to the beach. Laundry facilities are on each floor.
Property building has many rules, which is nice for adults, but not so much for kids. Not much nearby to keep teens entertained. I would highly recommend for those wanting to relax and enjoy the sunsets. It also has great security, so be sure to take your keys wherever you.

Gorgeous Condo

This is a beautiful condo, all newly decorated and with all the amenities. The spot is gorgeous overlooking the water. Beautiful sunsets. Beach as far as you can see in either direction and wonderful for walking or sun bathing. Very close to the condo. Right out the back door, so to speak. Lovely pool. It was everything we were looking for in a February get-away.

A week of heaven!!

We were so pleased with this freshly cleaned and maintained unit. We had plenty of room, even as a family of 7! The owners equipped it well with essentials and loads of thoughtful extras....plentiful new fresh linens, beach toys and boogie boards for the kids and a great Marco Island Binder full of restaurant menus and recreational info. It is obvious that these hosts really care about their condo and their guests. The pool is nice and warm and all of the facilities are clean and not too crowded. Book this condo while you have the chance because we are telling all of our friends about it We can't wait to come back!!
