This is a newer building with the main building being constructed in 2006. The unit features full kitchen, living and dining room areas, totaling 1,000 sq ft each and the rooftop area offers 700 sq ft with front and back deck area. The bathroom has a large shower and master suite access. The unit is non-smoking only.

This property is located two (2) blocks from the beach in beautiful Villa Obregon area of Melaque and backs onto the lagoon for spectacular views and privacy. Spacious luxury with a pool (14 ft X 27 ft) area and a rooftop area which has unique palapa roof construction. The unit offers full cooking facilities, Starchoice satellite, tv, stereo, etc.

Enjoy an authentic small Mexican coastal town with charming people, reasonable prices and healthy food.

In Melaque the water is clean, warm and the sand goes right out into the ocean. You can choose the size of waves you like to play in or stay at home and enjoy relaxing by the pool.

Swimming, biking, snorkeling, fishing, sightseeing ---it is all here! Many smaller or larger communities to visit within an hour or two drive, offering lots of variety.

We had a WONDERFUL time at your casa and in Melaque during our stay! I cannot say enough about how great everything worked out. The accomodations were excellent, and I cannot think of any negatives at all! We truly enjoyed our week and the surrounding restaurants, sites, etc.

Perfect home for beautiful family memories

Absolutely beautiful, the house was clean the description was accurate. We stayed 13 nights and 14 days, a family of four with two teenage boys. They had a blast in the pool that was cleaned twice a week. The television did not work for two days but the satellite guys came and fixed it. My big concern traveling overseas was safety for my family and the house was very well secured. I definitely recommend this property I will be renting it in our next vacation. If you seek a quite relaxing home this is it you will not be disappointed.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
