Complete with communal swimming pool, garage facilities, full kitchen and amenities, this second floor apartment is light, airy and modern in appearance. Close to Marbella, Fuengirola and only 20 minutes from Malaga airport, the apartment is close to many great attractions, historic towns and spacious beaches. Situated in the mountains around 1.5km from the beach, the Princess Park development has its own exit off the main toll road so it is easy to find and gives great access to the area's many attractions. The apartment has 1 bedroom with twin beds plus a double sofa bed in the living room to give a range of sleeping options. Available for rental for short breaks and longer holidays, the apartment is perfect to rent in on or off season.

Conveniently situated 20 mins from Malaga airport, Calahonda is an attractive coastal town with many facilities and amenities, including restaurants, bars and a large supermarket and leisure club. Located on the main coastal road N340, and with access off the toll road, it is easy to find the apartment and the local attractions. These include the glamour of Marbella and Puerto Banus, the bars of Fuengirola, the lovely authentic town of Ronda and many spacious beaches. For the more adventurous, Gibraltar is under an hour away, and the culture of Seville and the Costa de la Luz are easily accessible on the excellent road network. For those looking for a relaxing time, take the land train to the local beach to save your feet. It is recommended to have a hire car - garage parking is included.
