This home really is stunning. The pool is in a very quiet location not overlooked whilst overlooking the lake to a superb new golf course. Maintained, furnished and equipped to the highest of standards. This property recently underwent a full make over is in excellent condition. The large living room overlook the very spacious pool deck and spa by the pool. Large well equipped kitchen, huge deck area. On a quiet residential street, very close to some fantastic beaches, restaurants, shops, golf courses, in fact virtually everything you could wish for is within 15 minutes. Essential to your holiday is to know that you home is well looked after, our management company is 100% excellent, ensuring you have a superb holiday and we know you and our home are well looked after. We can help with extra and special requirements, such as a bar-b-q, cribs/cots for children, welcome pack of groceries, in fact if we can we will is our motto.

Nearest Motorway: Junction 191 at 15 Miles
Nearest Beach: beach at 5.0 Miles
Pine Valley has the newest golf course on Rotonda, due to be open in January 2008. This is rumoured to be one of the best golf courses in the Charlotte County area. This home is ideally located for the nearby beaches on Boca Grande and Minnesota Cay, as well as the beaches on Palm Island and Don Pedro Island which are only accessible by boat. Boat rental is easy and very popular. Shopping mal is only 10 minutes away and there are some fantastic restaurants in very easy access. Rotonda has its own park and children’s play area just 5 minutes from home. Wild life of otter, osprey and many others are often seen on Rotonda whilst in the inter-coastal you will nearly always see dolphin and even occasionally a manatee.

This home is terrific I would recommend this to my best friend.
My extended family all nine of us stayed very confortably.It is very centrally located, beaches very close. We enjoyed day trips to everglades, marco island, naples, bush gardens tampa. The pool area was very nice. The bedrooms were a perfect fit for multiple couples with or without children. There are terific seafood restaurants very close by. This rotonda comunity is very quiet and a very safe place. My wife and father in law walked every morning. The golf course is top notch. This vacation was one of the top five I have taken. The children so enjoyed the pool area as well as the adults. This property is well maitained and should be enjoyed.

We have stayed in many homes in Florida now, and this is definitely one of the best. Clean, excellently looked after, everything there that we could wish for, and a superb service from all involved in making this the best holiday we have had in years. The pool was lovely and the view from the pool deck across the lake and golf course was great. Rotonda and Charlotte County is a great place to base our holiday from. There is so much to do and we didn't get to do 1/2 of what we wanted. Thank you so much, we will definitely be booking again soon.
