Organic & natural materials abound with all new furnishings & amenities. The living room is warm and inviting and offers plenty of seating. You can dine inside overlooking the deck or share a breakfast bar in the newly updated kitchen. A cabana feel bedroom on the 1st floor is cozy and tropical while a larger first floor bedroom offers a quality sleeper with a sitting area and full bath for those looking for a private suite feel. (This is also handicap accessible) Upstairs you'll find two large bedrooms with large double windows. Watch the sunrise from the comfort of your Queen beds or sit at the window seat and watch the fishing boats head out for the day. A modest full bath is conveniently located on this floor. Outdoors is why you're here! A screened in sitting room overlooks the newly finished deck with patio table & chairs, plenty of lounging and a BBQ. The lower level is direct waterfront with a private sandy beach. (Sorry, due to insurance reasons, the docks cannot be used) This home promises to be a favorite for years to come!

Has a wonderful stay in Portsmouth. The house was beautifully decorated and furnished.Very clean,and roomy with all the amenities of home, Relaxing, gorgeous water views, and beautiful sunsets. Great restaurants near by. Nightlife, dinner and shopping in Newport, just 15 minutes away ! Don't forget to Walk the Cliff Walk and take pictures . Antiquing in Little Compton, and shopping at Historic Four Corners in Tiverton, great little art galleries, and such. Tiverton at 10 minutes and Little Compton 20 minutes, away. Had such a great variety of Beaches, in Portsmouth, Newport, Little Compton, and Tiverton ! Also just over the bridge was Bristol with quaint little shops and great cafe's and restaurants,walked Colt State Park, and had lunch in Town, many great places to eat with water views. Our family enjoyed every minute of our vacation. Great communication. Can't wait to come back next year.
