Bahamas self-catering vacation rental. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of a family Island and yet be minutes away by car from the enchanting Paradise Island and the colonial charm of downtown Nassau and Cable Beach. Coral Harbour is the home of some of Nassau’s finest Dive companies, horse back ridding and popular island restaurants serving local and international foods. The Islands championship golf courses are located close by. These are large, clean, air-conditioned units with full kitchen, living room, dining room and enclosed patio/balcony. All units have telephone and cable TV. Each bedroom has a bathroom. The two bedroom unit has a queen bed in one room and two full beds in the second bedroom. The three bedroom unit has a queen bed in one room and two full beds in each of the other two bedrooms. Little Deadman's Cay is a Private Island located just off the coast of Long Island , Bahamas. It has a three bedroom home on it. You will be renting the entire island. You will be the only people on the cay as our team does not live there and would normally only come when you call. They prepare the house and collect you from the airport and get you settled on the cay. The rental comes with the use of a boat so that you may go to and from the main island, Long Island. There are stores on Long Island where you can get supplies and restaurants throughout the island. You can swim, fish, bone fish, bird watch or just relax. There is a cell phone at the cay.   • Taxes are included. The cost for 2 adults is $1975 for a week and $300 for each additional adult. Children under 12 are $150 and there is a $500 refundable, security deposit. Upon confirmation you will be sent a voucher /letter of introduction advising acknowledging receipt of payment and a fee to be paid upon arrival of $300 for up to 4 guests for local transportation and caretaker including laundry, airport pick-up, ferrying to the Cay, gratuities, etc.

Notes: Do note that living with solar and wind generation requires ceiling and portable fans; not a/c. It, as a 'green' home, with out micro wave oven but with gas stove and fridge. Engineers who visit are truly amazed at the finely tuned electronics. One might call it 'complicated simplicity'. Those who repeat year after year enjoy this alternate lifestyle but it is not everyone's 'cup of tea'.
