Villa La Estancia is a 5-Star resort in Cabo San Lucas. It is beachfront to Medano Bay, the only swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas, and offers stunning views of Land's End and the Pacific Ocean.

The villa itself is 2197s.f. including the balcony. There is a full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The Master bedroom offers a king bed and sofa with a private bathroom featuring a whirlpool tub, free standing tiled shower and two lavatories. The second bedroom offers two queen beds with a private bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo and lavatory. The third bathroom is off the living area and features a tiled shower and lavatory. The villa has a washer and dryer as well as a utility sink.

There are 3 flat screen TVs in the villa, a DVD player and a stereo system.

The terrace is huge and offers stunning, unobstructed views of Land's End and Medano Bay. There is a BBQ, wet bar and mini-fridge on the terrace for your use.

The unit also offers free Internet, both wired and wireless.

The Resort: The resort features a gorgeous split level pool, with swim-up bar and grill along with 5 outdoor hot tubs. The resort also has a gym and his and her spa, which each have a whirlpool and steam room. There is a full service restaurant, La Casona, on site. The concierge is available to help with reservations for both dining and activities. There is also a car rental agency on site as well as free underground parking. The property also has a market and deli, Internet cafe, arcade and tennis courts.

The town of Cabo San Lucas: The town of Cabo San Lucas is an easy walk from Villa La Estancia on either the beach or paved roads. The town itself is a true dichotomy, offering both old and new. There is the full service marina which is surrounded by the new Luxury Mall and the Puerto Paraiso mall. Near the malls are the vendors selling their wares in little shops. Here you can barter for your treasures.

There is also too many restaurants to name representing every type of food imaginable. We have never had a bad meal in Cabo San Lucas.

If you are into fishing then there is no better place then Cabo San Lucas.

Golfing is also near and the courses are well maintained and beautiful.

Cabo San Lucas is located at the tip of the Baja Peninsula, where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. Cabo San Lucas is a wonderful little town with an unbelievable amount of great restaurants, world class fishing and golfing. Each October they host the Bisbee Fishing Tournament. This area boasts of some of the best snorkeling and scuba diving areas to be found. There is also a myriad of other activities in the area including swimming with the dolphins, ziplining and off road ATVs, just to name a few. The climate is awesome with only 3-5 inches of rain per year, so you are almost guaranteed plenty of sunshine. The marina in Cabo San Lucas is awesome and it is surrounded by restaurants and shopping, both in malls or vendor's shops.

Just got back from a fabulous trip to Villa La Estancia and stayed in this gorgeous villa. I've been to Villa La Estancia before and this was by far the nicest and cleanest villa I have stayed in. The view can't be beat with no angles, just a beautiful view of the resort and the water. The villa is updated and beautifully decorated. I'm a five-star hotel girl and this was it!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
