3 bedrooms, 2 baths, Sleeps 11 comfortably! Just like a country bunkhouse!

If lots of shady trees and quiet are needed for your getaway, consider this property. The front yard puts you far enough away from the lazy street to not hear most of the occasional street traffic The back yard looks out into a green lawn stretching out to shrubs and shade trees.also a verry large deck in back.plus a long front pourch great for a cup of coffee and watch the sun rise then again watch the sun set over Lake Huron.verry peacefull..on rainey days our garage is set up for a getaway for kids big and small ones just an extra area for them to be and play games and watch vcrs and dvds witch we have quite a selection for them. you can open garage door and welcome in the fresh up north air.

The house features a unique 2-sided fireplace that provides separate heating sources to the kitchen and living room. The 3 bedrooms have enough comfortable sleeping space for 12, with the provision of 2 more on comfy rollaway beds.

All amenities needed to cook small dinners, launder your clothes, and the comforts of home are included.

Sleeping Accomodations: Comfortably furnished with 2 sofa beds that make up into 2 long twin beds. Room also has 2 recliners and a television connected with basic cable and VCR or DVD playing.

Bedroom #1: Two double beds, one with a single bunk over top, sleeps 5 in this room. A full-bath is attached.

Bedroom #2: Two twin beds accommodate sleeping arrangements for 2.

Bedroom #3: A bunk with a double bed on the bottom and single twin on the top.

Additionally, there are 2 sturdy fold-out rollaways.

House Amenitites: Two gas fireplaces provide wonderful warmth, both in heat and ambiance. One is located facing the Kitchen and the other is in Living Room.

For those really hot summer days, the central air conditioning is a blessing!

The back yard is a great playground for bocce ball, badminton, crochet, touch football, or frisbee-throwing.

Sit on the spacious back deck, enjoying the sunset or soaking up the warm sunshine. (there is a bed for 11 adults , but 3 more adults will be an extre $25.00 each and then they will have to double up in larger beds. any questions about this just call or email me. thank you

Thanksgiving for the family

This house worked great for our large family! We got to be together in a homey place with all that we needed (except our roasting pan) to put on a huge Thanksgiving dinner. Our whole family enjoyed the house and the large yard.
