Vistamar is a lovely property with a large pool, consisting of a main house and self-contained cottage set in nearly two acres of lush tropical gardens. Four bedroom suites are located in the main house, and two in the cottage which also has a separate entrance and parking.

Perfect for families, groups of friends or weddings, Vistamar has a an open plan inside living area with cable TV in the main house, with a covered terrace with dining table for 12, comfortable outdoor furniture, gas BBQ and wet bar, which leads out onto the pool deck which has sun loungers and a poolside gazebo. The cottage has a large patio with a dining table and comfortable outdoor seating along with ceiling fans, kitchen and cable TV.

Rental of the villa includes a full staff of cook/housekeeper, maid/laundress, nightly security and a dedicated villa manager to answer all your queries. The cook will prepare three meals a day (groceries are not included).

Vistamar is located on the edge of the golf course on the Sandy Lane Estate in St James on the west coast of Barbados, and is a five minute drive away from the exclusive Sandy Lane Beach Club, where guests have direct access to Sandy Lane Beach and the Beach Club facilities. Sunset Crest and Holetown are also located five minutes away from the villa, with restaurants, shopping malls, banks, coffee shops and the new Limegrove Lifestyle Centre along with the entertainment available at 1st and 2nd Street in Holetown. The beaches on the west coast of the island are facing the Caribbean Sea and are calm and perfect for swimming or other water sports. Speightstown is 10-15 minutes drive north from the villa, and has restaurants, shopping, beachfront cafes and is a quaint old Barbadian town close to the Port St Charles Marina. Guests at Vistamar are five minutes away from the Sandy Lane Golf & Country Club, as well as tennis courts and the renowned Sandy Lane Hotel.
