Beautiful and spacious condo

We rented this condo ( 2 couples ) for one month and had an excellent vacation. It is located in a very quite area and in walking distance of a Safeway and a restaurant with great food and excellent prices. We were also on the Trolley line and as a result did not have to rent a car. Also there are bicycle trails and having the use of two bikes added to our vacation.
The owner, Janet was very accomodating and whenever we had to email with a question she responded immediately. The condo was equipped with plenty of seating for 4 and the outside space was beautiful. It was nice at the end of the day to sit out and relax in this private space. We were supplied with all cleaning supplies for both bathroom and kitchen and as well , shampoo, soap, body lotion , toilet tissue and paper towels. Quite a saving!! Also the satellite TV had a great variety of channels.
We had a wonderful vaction and felt so at home in this condo.

this is a very nice home. especially if you search tranquillity. there is all you need for a stay at a home. the inner garden is very enjoyable. the position also is good, the free trolley near the house take you to Downtown ( the centre of scottsdale ) even if you don't have a car. the owner is very kind and helpful.

Thanks, Janet for a fantastic time and for taking care of us so well! Your attention to detail was outstanding. Property was clean, spacious, comfortable and had all the amenities including a great flat-panel TV and internet. Pool and hot tub were a short walk away. We'll be back!

I wanted to thank you very much for renting your townhome to us. It was a perfect location! My mom and sister lives only a couple miles away. The convenience to shopping and grocery stores were great.

The unit itself was in excellent condition. It is very nicely decorated and really felt like home. The property was well maintained, very clean, and extremely quiet. The accommodations were exactly what we needed and the next time we go to Scottsdale, I hope the place is vacant so we can rent it again.

Great Condo

We stayed in this condo for 7 weeks while our home was getting build. It is everything it says it is. Very clean and great location. Janet was a pleasure to rent from. She goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need. We would recommend this condo. Nice, clean, quiet location.
