Great location and apartment

This is a great option if you want to stay in SOBE, without the busy and noisy life around Lincoln or Ocean Drive. It´s just 3 blocks from the beach, an you can go to the beach besides W hotel, which in my opinion was great - not too much people. The apartment is just like the pictures, very cosy and with all devices needed.. Even if is on Washington Ave, it´s very quiet and great to sleep if you don´t like noise. If you want to stay in Sobe you can do everything without a car, or just rent a bike to do long distances. Near everything you need: shopping, beach, super market, drugstores, etc. For sure I would recomend the place.
Elena and her team of mediterraneo were also very professional, honest and helpful.
The only critic I would make is that some of the kitchen appliances were a little bit dirty, but nothing that you can´t solve quickly putting them again on the washing machine.
