'Luca's Place' is a one bedroom semi-detached apartment located in a country setting yet only 4 miles from downtown. It is a short ride to everything you want to do in the Asheville area, including wonderful dining, gorgeous hiking, and antiquing. The Biltmore estate is 15 minutes away. After a day of sight seeing and adventure, Luca's Place is a great place to call home. Here you can cook a meal in the fully appointed kitchen area, watch TV, go on the internet, or just relax.

Our apartment has a very large living room and dining area with a fully equipped tiled kitchen area and a tiled bath with a large shower. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a pillowtop mattress. There is a very comfortable queen size sofa with a pull-out bed in the living room.

The apartment has its own driveway and entrance, is located on an acre of partly fenced land, and is a great place to unwind after a day exploring Asheville or as an alternative to a motel on a business trip

Asheville boasts activities which will satisfy all in your travel party. Hiking trails and outdoor activities such as horseback riding, canoeing, and whitewater rafting are within easy driving distance. Skiing and a zipline tour are within a 20 minute drive. For ythe shopper in your group, Asheville has a host of antique shops, boutiques, art galleries,and crafts. Evening activities include diverse dining options, movies, live theatre, live music, or just walking through Asheville's energetic downtown filled with street performers and art. The Biltmore estate is breathtaking in summer and glorious when decorated for Christmas. Chimney Rock Park is worth the 20 minute drive. Wonderful hiking and beautiful views await you in every direction. A drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway in autumn hightlights the beautiful peak colors. There are many festivals throughout the year for the whole family.

Quiet and Secluded

Thank you for a quiet and secluded place for us to unwind and bird watch. We sw a bluebird, finch, and ttufted titmouse in addition to robins and sparrows. The gorgeous flowering trees were a standout and Sam was there to rescue us if a glitch happened. Thank you!!

A Wonderful Time

Having a wonerful time here. The apartment is very comfortable and only 3 miles from our friends we came to visit. Our dog Maddie loves the neighborhood and the donkeys. So nice to walk in and find a lit up Christmas Tree. Our son really enjoyed riding his skateboard down the hill. Off to Biltmore tomorrow and looking forward to coming back in the summer to take advantage of your great outdoors.

Asheville Christmas

We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Asheville and Luca's Place. We did he Biltmore Christmas tour and just about everything else in Asheville. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy Asheville from the comforts of home at Luca's Place. Thank you for the Christmas Tree..it was a great addition for a holiday way.
