Luxurious and spacious new apartment overlooking the swimming pool with stunning pool and sea view, in Playa Paraiso, next village after El Duque Beach and La Caleta (Playa de las Americas) in the South of Tenerife (Airport Reina Sofia: TFS). The property is situated close by a sandy beach. 2 big bedrooms, complete bathroom, spacious living room/dining room with American kitchen, terrace with stunning sea view. Swimming pools, nicely furnished, fully equipped. The apartment is located in the centre of Playa Paraiso town, in the main street (shops, hotels, promenades), 5 minutes walking distance to the sea. The view from the apartment is absolutely gorgeous. For Golf lovers, Adeje Golf is only 5 minutes drive. Playa Paraiso is not windy at all, and does not have the noise of the planes. There is a very nice sandy beach at only 200 meters from the complex.

This beautiful apartment is located in Playa Paraiso, Tenerife, and Canary Islands. Playa Paraiso is located in the best part of Tenerife, close to Playa de las Americas, el Duque and La Caleta on one side, and Callao Salvaje, Playa San Juan and Los Gigantes on the other side. It is in the town of Playa Paraiso, which means 'Paradise Beach' in English. There are buses to all parts of the island down the road. There are also several car rentals down the road. The apartment is located in the village. It is a quiet apartment, with stunning views of the sea, and yet very central to all activities of the town. The town of Playa Paraiso is well known for diving. There is a very good diving club. Playa Paraiso also has the best sea-water swimming pool on the island. There are several 5 and 4 star hotels near by. It faces the island of La Gomera. The sunsets in Playa Paraiso are fantastic. There is a new and fantastic white sand beach at 300 m. from the apartment.

Playa Paraiso and the surroundings: In the town of Playa Paraiso, you have a few British pubs, Chinese, French, Spanish, international restaurants. There are many 3, 4 and 5 star hotels. Also, in the town of Adeje, or in Playa de las Americas close by, you have a wide variety of restaurants and pubs, and very good jazz clubs. It is 5-10 minutes away from all main beaches in the south such as: Duque (very posh), La Caleta, Fañabé-Torviscas, Las Americas, los Cristianos. Also 10 min. from 4 main golf courses. The long promenade along the sea is breathtaking. The area of Playa Paraiso benefits from a micro-climate. Playa Paraiso is not windy as the other part of the island such as Golf del Sur, Amarilla Golf, Las Chafiras or El Medano. This accommodation is not to be compared to a package holiday apartment. It is of a higher standard and is on a quiet complex suitable for couples and families.

Rent a car and excursions: We can provide a rent a car service. Any type of car or mini van is available (with 2 or 4 doors, with or without air condition, baby seats etc..) at very good prices and top quality. Car can be picked-up at south or north airports of Tenerife or in any other place on the island.

Golf: You can very easily reach from Playa Paraiso 3 major golf courses in the south of Tenerife: 1) Abama Golf distant 4km. : 2) Golf Costa distant 5km. 3) Golf Las Americas distant 9,4km. Ask us for more information. A detailed documentation will be available in the apartment if needed.

Other Activities: Shopping, sunbathing, mini golf, karting, kwad, deep sea fishing, children playground at 50m.

In december we (3 persons) rented the apartment for one week. The apartment is very complete, clean and very well situated.
We certainly would recommend this property to a friend.

I want to highly recommend to anybody who want to get a max enjoy during yours holiday period staying in this apartment.Very good location, quit ,relax, clean and tidy.Good sizes of rooms, all day you have a sunshine.Water in the pool crystal clear,they change it every night.Also we had sew view and the nearest beach just 15 min.walk.
We had very nice time in our honey moon.

Myself and my partner booked a week at this apartment in Playa Parisio, the apartment was large and clean except for the bathroom. Around the bath it was mildewed and that included the shower curtain, the top of the toilet was cracked. When we booked we were told that their would be a welcome back, this consisted of a teabag , a sachet of coffee and sweets, there was not any milk, bread, butter or jam as specified. There are not any curtains on the bedroom and the light from the communal hall is extremely bright therefore it tended to wake me up when it went on (although it was on a timer). The pool area is cleaned evey day. Playa Parisio is not one of the better resorts, and there are few decent places to eat it appeals to retired Spanish citizens. I would not recommend this property, it is probably suited to families better but there is not a decent beach in the area, and we were told the beach was 300 meters from the apartment and it was a lot further than advertised, in my opinion this apatment is expensive for the standard

Every renters who has rented our property have loved our place and most of them came again or will come again. Everybodys loves our apartment wich is always very cleaned, the fantastics seaviews and pool views from our quiet always sunny, the very nice sandy beach near the apartment. The baddest vote that the apartment has received on Holiday rentals and on Homelidays is a 4/5. We have repared the very small crack on the toilet and we have install new curtains in the bedrooms even we have never received complaints before.

Lovely Apartment in Playa Paraiso

We had a lovely week's holiday in November 2008. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The apartment block is very well kept, particularly the pool area. The weather was great and the apartment made a good base for exploring the island.

The sea view and pool view from the apartment's spacious balcony is very pretty and relaxing.

The people we had contact with regarding our stay are very friendly and helpful.

I think this apartment is ideal for couples or families who like a quiet holiday. However, I do think you need a car as Playa Paraiso itself doesn't have many restaurants or bars and only a couple of very small supermarkets. However, if you have a hire car there is no problem at all.

Family Holiday in Quiet Loaction.

Our family had a very enjoyable holiday at this high quality, superbly appointed & furnished property.
The accomomdation has an excellent view of the pool and the sea. The apartment and the apartment block is kept very clean and the pool was often quiter than you might expect, which was an unexpected bonus.
The property has everything you could possibly require for your holiday and is located in the quiet resort of Paraisio. You can drive or bus to the busier, noisier resorts nearby.
The Casablance Restaurant is probably the best in town followed closely by the Italian near the Lido.
Our favourite town to vist was Los Gigantes 20Km along the coast, take a boat trip to see the dolphins.
