Beautiful contemporary villa with private infinity pool, 5 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 50' plasma screens in 3-rooms. Can sleep up to 10 people and is spread over three floors. With separate second lounge downstairs with pool table and Sky TV. Beautiful travertine tiled bathrooms (4) one with bath and separate shower. High gloss kitchen with hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher and centre island with bar stools, 8 seater dining table & chairs, and leather sofas in both lounges. Each room is very light and enjoys stunning views of the Marina and Yacht Club. This villa has been furnished to the highest standard and is the perfect place to relax in pure luxury! The property has a gated driveway, safe, underfloor heating and separately controlled air conditioning units in each room. The outdoor terraces are complete with 8 seater dining table, rattan sofa and arm chairs, sun loungers,shower and private pool, plus rooftop hot tub. My husband & I travelled to Cala D' Or with our two adult children and their sig others. Harbour View provided us with the perfect launch point to explore this beautiful island. We did have a rental car, but it is not necessary to have one to experience the local amenities. The villa is modern, spacious & perfectly situated within a short walking distance to the marina as well as the town center and beaches. It is well appointed with many creature comforts (i.e. large screen TVs & internet service), and met our every expectation. The owner was very accommodating & easily accessible. She was most helpful in assisting us with some extenuating family circumstances that needed to be considered while we were on holiday. A booklet was provided in advance of our arrival that included valuable information on local and regional restaurants, markets, emercency contact info, etc. which we utilized often. Would recommend a sailing excursion on the Vita Bel. The 1/2 day charter was the perfect finish to our week long celebration of our 25th wedding anniversary. We would not hesitate to return here if our travels bring us back to Mallorca.

I recently stayed with my family and friends at this villa and it was fantastic. The finish and soft furnishings were to a high standard, it holds an enviable location in Cala D'or overlooking the marina and close to the centre. It has everything you need for an extremely comfortable stay and was clean and bright. I would recommend this villa to others and would definately stay again if holidaying in Cala D'or. The communication and booking process with the owner was friendly and easy which made booking hassle free. There was also a point of contact at the location, if we had needed anything.

Wonderful property, beautiful views, luxury fittings ... this is Mallorca in style. Interiors are minimalist and very tasteful - an excellent choice for anyone who feels less is more. Very good for a group of friends or families. We travelled 8 people - 4 adults, 4 teenagers, and everybody had a great time. Cala d'Or Yacht Club/Marina provides spectacular views by day and night. The eternity pool is wonderful, and separate air condition in every room provides maximum comfort. We recommend it heartily.
