Adriatic Serenity

We had high expectations on the amenities and the place exceeded them! The layout of the entire place was perfect for our group. We were in Austin for a family wedding and New Year's Eve. The location could not have been better. Easy access to a number of spots in and around Austin as well as easy directions for our family to find it. The open concept between the kitchen, dining table, breakfast table and living room with the big screen TV for the college bowl games was very nice. The kitchen is spacious and contained all of the gadgets we needed to feel right at home. We also used the outdoor grill for two of our meals. Speaking of the outdoors, each patio (yes, there are multiple patios) has comfortable seating with spectacular views of the canyon. The beds in each of the bedrooms were very comfortable, and we had plenty of privacy because each bedroom had its own bath. Additionally, the privacy of the casita just steps away from the main house could not have been better to accomodate our group. The pictures of the master bath on the website do not do it justice. It is spectacular! Domed ceilings, incredible views of the canyon while maintaining privacy, infinity jetted tub, and a separate shower with multiple shower-heads give you the feeling of being at a secluded spa! We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners and visiting with them. They are wonderful, very accomodating people and very accessible to us to answer any questions we had during our visit. If you are looking for a spacious, warm, "feels like home" kind of place in Austin, I would encourage you to stay at this house. Since we live in Houston, I know that we will stay there in the near future!
