Nestled atop a cloistered ridge, Villa Tres Ninas welcomes its guests with fabulous views of the Pacific Ocean and surrounding mountains hugging the coast of Costa Rica’s celebrated southern zone. Directly across from Hermosa Beach and overlooking the famous “Whale’s Tail” reef in Ballena National Park, guests enjoy both privacy and the many outdoor activities available in one of the most biodiversity-rich areas of the world. Wide and expansive Pacific vistas are afforded over bucolic lowland and river expanses from a location providing a sense of privacy and tranquility. Contrasting comparable views requiring a fifteen or twenty minute trek over dubious roadways, Villa Tres Ninas is a quick three minute ride up the well maintained Jardines del Morete road. The villa’s main entrance features a secure, remote controlled gate leading to the brick lined drive and private portico and carport.

Slate floors, teak stairs and doors coupled with natural hues and colors afford a calm and grounded sense as framed by their contemporary surroundings.   • Two master suites on the upper level afford both comfort and privacy. The master suite is equipped with large high def plasma and DVD players, refrigerator stocked with fruit nectars and water and coffee service and amenities. An oversized polished coral stone tub and rain shower provide a wonderful setting for two or a luxurious shower and Pacific views. A private sitting area on the balcony outside the master suite is wonderful for early morning or enjoy the direct and easy access to the upper deck lounge with its legion day bed and seating. The other master suite on the upper level provides and private windowed seating area, desk, other seating and direct access to the upper deck lounge. The lower bedroom has private access to the pool, side gardens and a discreet outdoor shower. Full indoor bathing facilities are, of course, present with more than ample closet storage and drawer space.

A beautiful secluded home in Souther Costa Rica

This is a lovely home that is very clean and kept in "like new" condition. The balconies and pool area provide amazing views of the Pacific Ocean, the coastline, and amazing sunsets. The elevated position of the house provides nice seclusion and quiet surroundings. The air conditioning is wonderful to make the interior very comfortable regardless of the temp and humidity outside. The kitchen and dining area could easily accomodate a large group of 10 -12.
This is a very secure area with many wonderful adventures in Uvita and other nearby towns. The people in this area of Costa Rica are very friendly and anxious to help-plus there are plenty of North Americans that live or vacation in this region. Make sure to go to Ojochal, where you are likely to hear more French spoken than Spanish due to the large French-Canadian influence there.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

After arriving I changed my plans from wanting to "go go go " to relaxing, so I could take in the beauty of this home and it's setting. It is inviting, comfortable, and very spacious, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, spectacular views, hummingbirds galore, and a refreshing pool with a fire pit that is something to see at night. The amenities of laundry, air conditioning, wi-fi, cable, and a state of the art kitchen were such an added bonus. In the mornings I enjoyed coffee with the sounds of birds and howler monkeys and in the evening watching the spectacular sunsets from the upper deck or pool deck of the home WILL be the reason I return to this beautiful rental home!! There isn't a better place to watch a sunset. I WILL return and I WILL rent this spectacular home FOR SURE. I recommend this rental to anyone wanting some relaxation and extreme comfort.

Luxury + Beauty = Perfect vacation

WOW! We love this gated home and location. Three couples went for some fun, rest and relaxation. The property is superb with fantastic amenities. It is simply luxurious. We could not get enough of the pool and fire pit over looking the Pacific. The house is new, clean, and equipped with all the little touches you would want if it were your own home. The views from every room are breath taking and it is surrounded by beautiful rain forrest. The decor and furnishings are just lovely. The concierge service made recommendations and arranged great activies and dinners just like a five star resort. A massage or two by Raquel is a "must have."

This house and location was perfect for our group. It was secluded and private. Some would sit by the pool and read while others were riding ATV's. Another day some walked the gorgeous beach while others ziplined on a canopy tour. It is totally up to you to be active or just have peace and relaxation. Cook in, or dine out at one of the great near by restaurants. You have a lot of choices while vacationing here, but you may choose to never leave this beautiful house with the outstanding views of the Pacific.

We discussed making it an annual trip because we all want to come back!

This accommodation really raises the bar! It has all the benefits of being at home (quiet, private yard and swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen) and a five-star resort (concierge, housekeeping, massages) all rolled into one exquisitely appointed vacation home.

I’ve never experienced anything quite like this – watching the sun rise on the upstairs patio with the monkeys and birds of the rain forest for our private morning interlude; enjoying the sun and lush greenery by the private poolside during the day; and watching the sun set by the gas firepit in the evening.

Every last detail of this house is extreme luxury. The furnishings, the decor, the finishes - this is the ultimate vacation home.

Villa Tres Ninas exceeded all expectations!
