You have come to right place if peace and beauty are your priorities on your vacation!

Walking through the Adobe styled doorway, you have entered into an exquisite spaciousness that continues onto the veranda which overlooks an expansive ocean view.

Many of the design elements in the Villa were inspired by the owner's trip to Equador, so you will find many adobe styled elements, such as lentilled beams, gorgeous high wooded ceilings, and hard wood floors .

HACIENDA-VERDE did not only get its name from its emerald jungle views, nor just for its fully functioning green energy concept, but also for the wood that was used in its construction, appropriately named 'GREENHEART' !

PURPLE HEART was also used for many of the one of a kind doors made exclusively in the wood workshop on site.

50% due to reserve, remaining 50% due 1 month prior to arrival to confirm reservation. A US$500 refundable damage deposit is due at check-in. The damage deposit is fully refundable assuming all personal items are in the same condition as when the rental began. Rate are subject to change at any time prior to reservation.

Hacienda Verde Review

My husband, my sixteen year old daughter and her friend and I all loved Hacienda Verde. The house is spacious and lovely. The girls brought their computers and skyped with an amazing background, making all their friends jealous. The grounds and views are big and very beautiful! The owner is friendly and informative. Down the hill from the Hacienda we went to several unique and gorgeous beaches. We made a day trip to Samana and went whale watching. And we also did a local 4-hour horseback riding trip with Rancho Paraiso up through the mountains and then down onto the beach. Our entire trip was excellent.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
