Welcome to Paperbark at Byron, a gorgeous 4 bedroom house in the heart of Byron

Set in lush gardens, in the peaceful cul-de-sac of Paterson Street, it is just a stroll from magnificent Clarkes Beach and close to Tallows Beach. This house captures the essence of the Byron holiday experience. Paperbark at Byron is positioned perfectly to enjoy all of Byron Bay’s excitement and charm, within moments. You can retreat at the end of the day to a private oasis that faces straight on to the natural beauty of the Arakwal National Park.

The house sleeps 8 very comfortably, with an upstairs master (king) bedroom with Juliette balcony and magnificent ensuite bathroom. The ensuite features a stunning freestanding sculpted bath, an open rain head shower, and travertine floor. Downstairs is a second guest master (king) bedroom with private amenities, and two further bedrooms each with 2 king singles (which can convert to king beds upon request) with an adjacent bathroom. Laundry with Bosch washing machine and dryer.

The house is filled with a collection of Hawaiian, Chinoiserie and surf memorabilia, and is fully equipped with all you need for a relaxing and private holiday. The kitchen, well-appointed with Bosch gas stove, Gaggenau electric oven, pantry, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, pots, pans, blender-mixer, chopping boards, all the cooking utensils you may need and the other supplies. The funky dining room table can seat up to 10 comfortably. The lounge room, with modular couch (seating 6-8), LCD TV, DVD and potbelly stove is a lovely spot to relax. There is high speed ADSL 2 wireless internet.

Outside, the covered terrace has an additional dining table for 10, weber gas BBQ, lounge, coffee table, additional seating and plantation shutters opening up to garden, all the while with unobstructed views of the National Park.
