Renovated in Summer-Fall 2011, this bright, chic Southampton home has brand new furniture, kitchen, floors, fireplace, bedrooms, linens, towels and outdoor lounges. Perfect for entertaining or for a family, this spacious and quiet property has a beautiful heated pool and two bi-level decks. Upper deck looks over pool with a large grill and outdoor seating for 8 (with umbrella). Lower deck has outdoor lounge sofa, lounge chairs and an hot/cold outdoor shower.

Living room has beautiful, marble working fireplace.

The main floor has 1 stylish beach bedroom and a half bath with new Villroy & Boch sink. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 bath including a Master Suite with a private, newly renovated bathroom.

The house is 10 mins from the main streets of Southampton, Bridgehampton & Sag Harbor.

PLEASE NOTE: Property is only available for an August monthly rental for $25K.
