Eco-lodge in the heart of the Morbihan Gulf

Our lodgings are located in the municipality of Baden in a rural and marine environment with the horizon prairie farm and a short walk (300 m), the sea, the Gulf of Morbihan and its main island Ile aux Moines. The FERM'H is a set of houses from the renovation, in a contemporary style, longères of farm Lairmarc'h. Rural and regional character of the existing building has been preserved and harmoniously combined with contemporary architecture. Renovation of old farm buildings was carried out as part of an effort to minimize negative impacts on the environment, emphasizing the use of natural materials, local, recyclable (untreated Douglas fir wood, fermacell, wadding cellulose filters planted sanitation, rainwater recovery ..

Ecological houses of LA FERM'H enroll in an effort to minimize their negative impacts on the environment, emphasizing the use of natural materials, local, recyclable.

The cottages are accessible by walkways allowing remote cars (2 parking) to preserve the peace and security of all. A lodging and all outdoor areas are accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Each cottage has been built and designed to be independent and respect the privacy of residents. Lairmarc'h farm is still active and is relatively close to the houses; The amenities and traffic, however, were designed to separate the two, exploitation cottages and farm (dairy and beef production), with respect for each activity and tranquility of the residents.

The cottages can accommodate from 2 to 9 people (28 people total), 3 cottages communicate and can accommodate more specific groups or families.

Each cottage has a living / dining room with wooden floors or tiles with a wood stove, flat screen TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher), the washing machine and dryer are collective and available (laundry is provided to be compatible with the wastewater treatment by constructed wetlands). Each cottage has a terrace and a private garden open, almost 5000 m2 of enclosed garden in the total space.

Cleaning is done by us at the end of each stay ... not ruin your vacation.

The single beds are 80cm wide jumelables as needed.

The linen (sheets, duvet covers, towels, tea towels) is provided ... not to clutter and especially your convenience.

In winter and spring, the wood for the stove is provided to facilitate the use of the stove for heating at the expense of electricity. To avoid electricity consumption (it is said that the houses are insulated with 30 cm cellulose wadding and it was made a airtightness), the cost of electricity is at the expense of residents.

You can stay there according to your wishes, friends, family or group, week or fortnight throughout the year, or mid-week outside the summer season (June to September).

Rates are available depending on the timing and duration of your stay (a special price will be offered for those who want to rent 15 days). They include the provision of linen (sheets, duvet covers, towels and tea towels), cleaning end of stay cleaning and provision of mid stay for those who rent at least 15 days. For others, the provision of household "living environment" is offered at the price stated below to order.

Notre famille a été charmée par les lieux et par l'accueil qui nous a été réservé dès notre arrivée. Le gîte "La Grange" est tout à fait adapté à une famille avec enfants. Sa localisation est idéale pour apprécier pleinement le calme de la campagne, la douceur du bord d'océan et toutes les visites des îles ou autres activités. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir pour compléter notre tour du Golfe du Morbihan et revoir la famille Le Derf.
