Eco-lodge in the heart of the Morbihan Gulf

Our cottages are located in the town of Baden in the countryside and marine environment with the horizon meadows of the farm and a few steps (300 m), the sea, the Gulf of Morbihan and its main island Ile aux Moines. The FERM'H is a collection of houses from the renovation in a contemporary style, longères the farm Lairmarc'h. Rural and regional character of existing buildings has been preserved and seamlessly combined with contemporary architecture. Renovation of old farm buildings was carried out as part of an effort to minimize negative impacts on the environment, favoring the use of natural materials, local, recyclable (douglas wood untreated fermacell wadding cellulose filters planted by sanitation, rainwater recovery ..

The cottages are accessible by walkways leaving the car remotely (2 parking spaces) to preserve the peace and security of all. A cottage and all external areas are accessible to disabled persons.

Each cottage has been designed and built to be independent and respect the privacy of residents. Lairmarc'h farm is still active and is relatively close to houses; The amenities and circulation, however, were designed to separate the two activities, operating cottages and farm (dairy and beef production), in respect of each activity and the tranquility of the residents.

The cottages can accommodate from 2 to 9 people (28 people in total), 3 cottages communicate and can accommodate more specific groups or families.

Each cottage includes a living / dining room with wooden floors or tiles with a wood stove, flat screen TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher), the washing machine and dryer are collective and made available (laundry is provided to be compatible with the wastewater treatment by constructed wetlands). Each cottage has a terrace and a private garden open nearly 5000 m2 of enclosed space and garden in total.

Cleaning is done by us at the end of each stay ... not ruin your vacation.

Individual beds are 80cm wide twinned according to your needs.

Linens (sheets, duvet covers, towels, tea towels) is provided ... not clutter and especially your convenience.

 In winter and spring, the wood for the stove is provided to facilitate the use of the stove for heating at the expense of electricity. To avoid power consumption (it is said that the houses are insulated with 30 cm of tissue and it was made an airtight seal), the cost of electricity is at the expense of residents.

You can stay according to your wishes, friends, family or group, week or fortnight throughout the year, or mid-week outside the summer season (June to September).

You are the proposed rates based on the timing and duration of your stay (a special price will be offered for those who want to rent 15 days). They include the provision of linen (sheets, duvet covers, towels and tea towels), cleaning at end of stay cleaning service and a mid stay for those who rent at least 15 days. For others, the provision of household "middle room" is proposed shown below custom price.

Notre famille a été charmée par les lieux et par l'accueil qui nous a été réservé dès notre arrivée. Le gîte "La Grange" est tout à fait adapté à une famille avec enfants. Sa localisation est idéale pour apprécier pleinement le calme de la campagne, la douceur du bord d'océan et toutes les visites des îles ou autres activités. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir pour compléter notre tour du Golfe du Morbihan et revoir la famille Le Derf.
