Our lovely mountain home is the perfect mix between classic comfort and modern amenities and interior. Located on a sunny cul-de-sac street, it is perfect for families with children and outside activities. Our three bedroom, two and a half bathroom town home boasts a beautiful view of camelback mountain, the ski slopes and Fourth of July fireworks. The Master bedroom has a sizable walk in closet and spacious bathroom. The two additional bedrooms feature a phenomenal view of Camelback and have extended full sized beds. Brand new Kenmore washer and dryer located on the second floor of this unit along with a second spacious full bathroom.
Our first floor offers open concept living with the living room with flatscreen and fireplace, dining room with breakfast bar, kitchen and access to the back deck are all together. There is also a seperate living space adjacent but seperate on the first level. This is a converted garage space that the previous owners turned into a family room with hard wood floors. We have a couch and lazy boy recliner/ air hocky/ table tennis table and a 60' flat screen TV that you can run videos/movies/net flix. There is also a 1/2 bath located on the first floor, the two full bathrooms are located on the second floor.
The house has 'smart touch' heating and central air conditioning.
The Four Seasons/Northridge Station is a first class, all season, vacation destination. No matter if you have two days or a week to get away, Camelback is conveniently located just an hour and a half from Manhattan or Philadelphia. The Four Seasons Is a predominantly vacation home plan that boasts an Olympic size in ground pool with playground, bathroom facilities and club house with fireplace (reservable for functions), tennis courts, and member's gym with modern fitness equipment.
We are 5 miles from Mount Airy Casino and golf course. There are lots of great restaurants inside the casino and on your way up the mountain. We are directly accross from camelback ski mountain and camel beach waterpark (largest in PA). Both of these attractions can be multiple days worth of family fun. We have phenomenal shopping at the Crossings Premium Outlet (which is visable from route 80) and lots of local spas for just relaxing. So whether you enjoy golfing, swimming, hiking to waterfalls, skiing, shopping or gambling this vacation/ area is sure to be a hit with all members of your family.
We are Manhattan residents with three young sons. My husband is an executive chef and i take care of our kids.

This townhouse is one of our two properties in the Northridge and we just love it. It is a wonderful contrast of NYC and we feel like we are instantly on vacation every time we wind up the mountain. We think you will love it too.
We have our own driveway! Most parking is street parking in this plan so having your own spot is really a perk. Also for long term rentals the downstairs family room could easily be converted to a bedroom for someone who has limited mobility. The floor plan downstairs has everything except a full bath. There is a 1/2 bath though.
My husband and I stayed here with 3 friends and we had a wonderful time. The house is a very nice size; plenty of space for the 5 of us. Very clean and comfortable furniture, and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. Great location for Camelback - right across the street! We would definitely stay here again.
Highly recommend this property to anyone. This was our second stay with Julian and Leah and we couldn't have asked for more. A spacious and attractive layout minutes from the slopes/outlets/casino. Looking forward to another stay next winter
This house is the perfect place to stay when visiting the slopes! The house is virtually across from the mountain and a short 2 min drive away. The house is very clean and modern. Julian and Leah were great hosts and were more than accommodating with any questions we had! I would recommend this house to anyone visiting the area!
