A (4) night reservation required for Labor Day weekend.
This picturesque view is what you will see when you enter our ocean front efficiency. Only steps away from touching the sand, and close enough to fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean.
The photo's depict the actual unit & condition of our privately owned and managed unit. Cleanliness and attention to detail done by a private housekeeper is immediately recognized as you enter.
A guest favorite is the keyless entry system which eliminates trying to continually locate the key.
A combination eating area/work center comes complete with a USB port, safety plug and added wall lighting. The space saving table set comes with 3 seats which tuck under the table when not in use.
The kitchenette has been redesigned to accommodate a full size refrigerator and added cabinetry. The kitchenette & bath come complete with new granite, floor tile, and fixtures.
New queen pillow top mattresses, custom drapes, furniture, coverlets, 50' plasma TV w/swivel base for easy viewing completes the renovation.
The kitchenette small appliances include: Keuring coffee maker, toaster, ice bucket, crock pot, blender. As well as a selection of several pots & pans and utensils.
Ironing board, iron, laundry hamper, alarm clock with AM/FM radio are provided.
This ocean front unit is directly above the pool which enables you to view your family from the balcony. There is an indoor pool & sauna as well as an outside pool, lazy river and (2) kiddie pools. Elevators are located steps away which take you directly to the lobby, pools, and parking lot. This location gets no better.
The Sand Dunes is located in an exceptional location to vacation with family and friends, the ~Golden Mile.~ The Golden Mile is known for being secluded between private ocean front residential home communities, but located only 2 blocks from HWY 17 which will connect you to dozens of restaurants, golf courses, entertainment and shopping.
We provide back pack style Tommy Bahama sand chairs along with the umbrella.
Relaxation and enjoyment is our goal for you.
Our unit is NOT on the Sand Dunes rental program.
Sand Dunes does NOT provide maid service.
Kiddie Water Park is NOT included.
NO SMOKING will be permitted in our unit or balcony.
Minimum Age Requirement is 24 with proof of age required
Linens and towels provided. Beach towels excluded.

"Absolutely beautiful place to stay!"
This is an absolutely great little place to stay. We were one floor up from the pool and less than 50 yards from the oceanfront. It was truly spectacular. The room itself was very comfortable, with all the accessories and necessaties one needs. There was not one thing that we felt like we were missing and it felt like we were just living the life of luxury in someone else's home.
Our family loves Myrtle Beach with all it has to offer. My husband & I met in MB in 1986; married in 1987 and have 3 wonderful children.
We currently reside in Cary, NC.
My husband is senior project manager with a large commercial contracting firm. His engineering degree has enabled him to do several types of construction/building projects commercially and residentially.
I'm a broker in NC & SC, also actively managing our properties. I began with surgical nursing, to being a stay at home mom to real estate. I’m passionate about each one and have had such rewarding experiences.
Myrtle Beach has always been a favorite destination of ours. I grew up in CT and my family began vacationing in MB 40 years ago. My husband grew up close to MB and our children have been going since they were infants. My parents are now retired in MB. Purchasing a place for ourselves and children to enjoy, as well as to see our parents/grandparents was an easy decision for us.
The resort is located in a well maintained area of Myrtle Beach being primarily residential. The complexes in the 'Golden Mile' are very family oriented. Sand Dunes is located only 2 blocks from hwy 17 which provides every type of business one could be seeking.
