Nearly one-half acre of the house's original property remains, providing visitors with charming gardens, outdoor entertaining spaces, a luxury spa, a boutique vineyard, and the farm's original water tankhouse. Simply a beautiful vacation boutique getaway right in the heart of the Sonoma Valley! The property offers a remodeled two bedroom farmhouse that accommodates 4 adults and an adjoining guest cottage for an additional charge which sleeps two additional adults.

Just a quick walk to shops, museums, historic sites and world-class restaurants, you can spend each day at your own pace. Art and antique window shopping, spa massages, superb food and wine, are all only blocks away from this unique property.

Centrally located in the heart of the California wine country, within easy reach of the Sonoma Valley, Napa Valley, the vineyards of Santa Rosa, Healdsburg, and the Russian River, and even the bustle and excitement of San Francisco, this lovely and charming farmhouse can be your home base for a fantastic, relaxed, and authentic California experience.

PLEASE NOTE: The adjoining cottage is not rented separately to other guests and can be rented to the guests of the house for a separate fee.

3 DAY MINIMUM RENTAL APPLY TO ALL HOLIDAY WEEKENDS: MLK, MEMORIAL DAY, 4th OF JULY, LABOR DAY, THANKSGIVING, X-MAS and NEW YEARS

SEE ADDITIONAL FEES for use of Hot Tub and laundry.

An additional $500 Refundable Security Deposit is required for all guests paying by check.

The Sonaom Farmhouse is a quaint, romantic getaway walking distance from town and very close to wine tasing, hiking trails, wineries, restaurants, shops and histroical poins opf interest. it was well appointed, clean and very private. The backyard has a lovely vineyard, tables, chairs for morning coffee and breakfast. A lovely weekend getaway.

This was our second stay with Bob at the little yellow house ( as my daughter calls it) and it was great! the excellent location, cleanliness and comfort make it a perfect place for our family!

This is a wonderful place to stay in the wine region. We could walk to the Sonoma Square where there are good restaurants and wine tasting. I've been to Napa and Sonoma many times and this is by far the best way to do such a visit. The house is cute and the patio in the back is wonderful for outdoor eating. The manger Bob was helpful and everything was clean and well maintained. We rent VRBO properties on all our travels and have always had a good experience. Highly recommend this place.

Amazing stay at a beautiful cottage!!

This cottage is absolutely gorgeous! We stayed here for 3 nights as we were getting married in Sonoma & we couldn't have picked a more beautiful place to stay. The gardens are immaculate and stunning, the cottage has all the amenities you could ever need and is beautifully decorated throughout. It was also extremely clean, spacious and comfortable and the garden cottage was an extra bonus. You cannot go wrong if you book this place! Thanks for an amazing stay!
