1 Bedroom, Living room with Trundle bed. Sleeps 4. Best for families.

The Crow's Nest is located overlooking the Ocean. It's a short walk to the beach, A short walk to markets, shops and restaurants. Public transportation is very close.

The Apartment was originally the top level of a very solid and well built house on the coast. We renovated it into three separate and very private units.

In 2010 we further renovated the Crow's Nest apartment replacing the windows with PVC Double Pane windows. The floors, the furniture, the Kitchen and the bathroom were also redone. The ending result is a very comfortable, solid, secure and private apartment.

The whole structure was well tested on February 28 2010 when Chile experienced an 8.8 earthquake and the building sustained no damage.

It is a very comfortable apartment with an incredible view out over the Ocean and Mountains. Con Con, Mauco Mountain and the Bay of Con Con have a certain attraction that causes people to really enjoy the area

All the apartments at Con Con Bay are very comfortable with impressive views out and over the Ocean. The Coastal Mountains and even the Andes can be seen on a clear day. The exposure is Northern, meaning it gets a complete view of the Sunrise and the Moonrise all year long. This also means we have much better solar exposure. The Sun in summer goes over top with Ocean breezes keeping the apartment cool and comfortable. The Sun in the winter is lower coming up in on a clear day and helping to heat.

The Beach below is something i recognized as special when i first saw it back in 1994. Many changes since that time have come to the town and area. One of numerous surfing spots spots in the area La Boca has become incredibly popular for the many days that the wave is functioning. Also the section of beach in front of our apartments has a very good wave for learning to surf. As a matter of fact so good we have a surf school below on our property.

In he summer La Boca is a very popular beach. It fills with beach goers.

Horseback riding, Bird Watching, Walking all are done at La Boca.

Con Con Bay is located in the seaside town of Con Con Chile. Con Con is in the Quinta Region, just north of Vina del Mar and Valparaiso. Con Con Bay Apartments are five separate apartments crafted out of two separate houses located next to each other in Con Con Chile overlooking the Bahia de Con Con.

Con Con , indigenes name meaning water water for the amount of water found in the area, ocean, river, springs. Europeans established a fishing village in 1530. Con Con was a suburb of Vina del Mar for many years until it became a city in 1998. Located roughly 20 kilometers from Vina Del Mar Con Con has it’s own character.

Con Con is known for its restaurants proclaiming itself to be “Capital Gastronomico de la Quinta Region. Chilean Empanadas of many varieties are prevalent in La Playa La Boca area. A very large selection of restaurants is distributed through out the community, many seafood restaurants. Markets and small stores are close in either direction.

What a fantastic place!!!! Fabulous apartment, comfortable, well equipped and with amazing views over the pacific ocean and Boca beach in Concon. Mark is a dream to deal with, organised, efficient and super helpful both before you travel and whilst you are there. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Crows Nest or indeed any of Mark's other properties to anyone. We had one of our best holidays ever in Chile, and the 10 days we spent in the Crows Nest was a contributing factor. Once again thank you Mark.
