House includes master suite, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, office (with bi-fold doors and queen sleeper sofa), two spacious living areas with flat screen TVs (family room has a queen sleeper sofa), hardwood floors, Wi-Fi, and this home is cared for by a local property management company to assure you have comfortable stay.
Kitchen features accented granite countertops, custom cabinetry, cooking island, new stainless steel appliances, and wet bar with wine and beverage cooler. Spacious living area off the kitchen has a 52 inch flat screen TV, HDTV, DVD player, unlimited long distance through USA and Canada, internet provided. Washer/dryer and sheets/bath and beach towels provided. Beach chairs are also available.
The home is one block from the beach and a two minute walk (200 steps) on a quiet residential street to the sands of the Gulf of Mexico! It is a two minute walk to Caddy's and a 3 minute walk to Katikki's Tiki Bar. We are a centrally located beach community. You can walk or take our beach trolley to supermarkets, church, waterfront restaurants and friendly nightlife. Deep sea fishing, gambling boats, scuba diving, parasailing, windsurfing, shopping and watercraft rentals are 5 minutes away.
Ten minutes away are Historic Fort DeSoto, St John's Pass, Salvador Dali museum, St Petersburg, St Pete Pier, Sunken Gardens, and professional Devil Rays baseball. We are 30 minutes from Tampa airport (shuttles to house available), Busch Garden, Tampa Bay Buccaneer Football, NHL Hockey, and the New York Yankees Legends Field. We are 90 minutes from Disney, Universal, Sea World, and all Orlando attractions. A variety of parks and trails for biking or hiking may be reached by foot or bike.
