Photos and Description of the West Sussex vacation house rental Grade II Listed Cottage within City walls -close to shops & restaurants

This holiday property - newly re- furbished and fully fitted out to high standard for self-catering rental or short term letting. Situated within the City walls of beautiful Chichester near Theatre, restaurants and shops. Easy access to beach, South downs, Goodwood and London. Ideally suited to one or two couples or a family looking for a City centre base with character and ambiance; or short term let for anyone moving home or job. The owner will be there to greet you on arrival. We offer a complimentary hamper, fresh flowers and wood for the sitting room wood burner. All linen, towels and bathroom toiletries are provided. All the rooms are thoughtfully furbished and kitted out for self catering but anything you cannot find we will try and provide (within reason!) to make your stay more enjoyable. Please note that the property is on 3 floors and whilst there are not many steps the staircase is quite steep. There is a hand rail provided. Pets and children are welcome.

Walking distance to cathedral, theatre, lovely shops, restaurants, open parks and bus/train station. Goodwood, South Downs, Chichester harbour & West Wittering beach are all less than 10 mins drive away.
