This cute ground floor unit condo boasts a fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all in the quiet Bavarian Village Resort, all on one level, and no stairs to unit. Has parking directly outside unit. Has communal pool, hottub (all year round) and laundry facility on property. Within walking distance of and/or bus route to downtown, beaches, casinos, restaurants, grocery stores, golf, recreational center, ski resort. 5 minutes from Heavenly ski resort and sledding hills. This condo is situated perfectly for winter and summer - close to skiing/snowboarding/sledding in the winter, and to hiking, mountain biking, golfing, wakeboarding and lake activities in the summer.

Sleeping arrangements : - 1st bedroom has a King bed, 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, 3rd bedroom has 2 twins, plus there is a convertible queen sofa bed in the Living Room.

We had a very good experience. I appreciated the owner was very quick responding to some questions that I had concerning wheelchair accessibility of the place. She even went by the apartment to check there were no steps. (Don't get me wrong it is not a fully accessible apartment, because the bathrooms are too small for wheelchair access). This condo is a real bargain. Of course, you don't get to rent a new, shiny apartment for that money, but everything was nicely functional. I can definitely recommend it.

EXCELLENT PLACE FOR FRIENDS!!

This place was awesome! From the pictures it looks like it might be a little small, but that was definitely not the case. The living room was huge for us all to have a great time and I loved how the kitchen, dining room, and living room were all together. Each bedroom had everything you needed and there were more than enough spare pillows and blankets. Location was PERFECT! A few minutes from casinos and a couple minutes to heavenly. The only problem we had were that the two twins had a creeking problem, but that can simply be fixed. Overall we had a great time and loved this cabin and this is coming from 7 young adults who like to party. I recommend this cabin for anyone with a group of friends looking for a great time in South Lake Tahoe.

This condo has a very roomy Living room which is great for our family. Decor is very dated but everything is clean and fully stocked. It is VERY close to the main road and all the places you want to go.

A wonderful time was had!

This condo is located on a very quiet street with a whole lot of lighting (which was good since there were snowy/icy roads to contend with. It is less than 10 minutes from everything we were looking for in South Lake Tahoe, including the lake itself, restaurants and the village area (location of the Gondola rides). The unit itslef came at an extremely good price and was as promised: fireplace, heat, kitchen, etc. Because of this, our stay was relaxing and free of any issues. I could definitely see myself staying there again for a future trip.

Quiet Retreat

The condo is located in a quiet, safe area. It is a quick 10 minute walk to Lake Tahoe and offers a pool and hot tub. And, for teens, having wi-fi available was a bonus. The central location allowed easy access to all Lake Tahoe has to offer, and Alison’s condo is a great place to relax and enjoy it all.
