This is a two bedroom house with a king size bed in the master bedroom and a full in the second bedroom. The bathroom has a jaccuzi tub and large shower. There is Wi-Fi, uverse tv, patio and all amenities. This property sleeps 4 and is pet friendly. May thru September is a Saturday-Saturday only rental.

Walk to private beach. Ten minutes to New Haven, Walking distance to four resturants, fish market, liquor store, convenience store and bait shop. Membership to Owenego beach club for your use. Five minutes to train stop and free parking. Five minutes to town ,shops and markets. Forty minutes to casino and Mystic Seaport.

Take a boat tour of the Thimbal Islands, Kayaking, fishing, biking and hiking.

We just returned home from a Christmas Holiday. The rental was everything the discription stated and more. The house was spotless, plenty of natural light and heat. We did not need to contact the owner but she was very prompt in replying to our questions before hand. We would definately recommend this property to a friend or relative. An excellent find.

We just spent Easter weekend at this well-appointed, comfortable cottage. The location is convenient; the scenery is gorgeous; and the people in the neighborhood are friendly (when we walked our dog.) I highly recommend this as a reasonably priced great place to stay!

The photos do not do this home justice! Very well kept and spacious. The owner was very quick to respond to everything. Very convenient location. This was a true find!

Great house...great location!

This was a great mini vacation for us! The house is on a very quiet and friendly street with a very short walk to the beach. The view at the beach is beautiful. The house has all the amenities you could want and many extras we don't usually expect in a rental. It is extemely well maintained and clean. Terri was easy to reach and communication was good. I would definitely recommend this house to a friend or relative as a great get away off season and I would imagine a fun place to be in the summer. We had our Christmas Eve dinner at Grace's Kitchen and experienced a very friendly atmosphere with good food, try the ice box cake!. She even had toys for a bored 2 year old! We had an excellent lunch at Donavan's Reef in town. We had fun at Lenny's right down the street from the house. There is a great park nearby with trails, play grounds and other recreational areas.

Great Vacation Rental in Branford CT

We just stayed at this rental home for 2 weeks and it was wonderful. She had everything available to us that we needed. It was clean, good heat, and plenty of natural light. We were very comfortable there and completely enjoyed it. We have already booked it for next year. We could walk to a fabulous restaurant and beach. Our family was close, so we could visit them easily.
